Workers are constantly working alone leaving a very unsafe environment. It’s dangerous to leave someone to close a store alone. Every shift should have at least two employees. Shame on PJ’s!

I was very pleased with the coffee I always ask for ir too be sweet and it doesn't come out I always have to add extra on my own and for the price and experience I should have too. You pay the same price at specialty places and get alot better quality but sometimes PJs is just convent. I think I will stick to finding the small local coffee trucks and shops and stop giving the chains a chance. Customer service wasn't horrible but nothing great either.

It was very hot in this place! This is not my first time coming here with the air conditioning not working. I’m literally sweating. Also workers should not have to work with heat like this. Please correctly fix the issue!
