Was our favorite restaurant in the area but quality seems to be suffering as is their business. Smoked salmon is our go to appetizer but the flavor and texture is not what it has been. And the bun for the burger was hard to the touch and dry. And an abundance of parking at 7:00 on Friday night was never the case since they opened. Quite disappointing this visit.

I was totally disappointed. We had gone several times before and liked everything, specially the food. We were in shock when we saw the menu! What happened. There are no entrees, tacos and burgers, no specials. What happened to the Santos we know and loved?????

We missed that the restaurant format had changed. No longer the fine cuisine. It's a pup food menu prepared very well. Would've been better if that's what we were expecting.

Our first time visiting Santos. We were impressed with the service and menu. My wife had the crab cakes and I had the Lomo Saltado, both of which came out piping hot. Deviled eggs are a favorite of ours for an appetizer and the Holy Deviled Eggs met our expectation. Our meal was finished with a slice of the goat cheesecake. We will be back for sure to explore the other offerings.

Have you ever been told that there is a 15 minutes wait in a completely empty restaurant. Well, it happened. Most ridiculous customer service I’ve ever incountered. I’ve eaten there quite a few times and service was never really great but it was a place to eat in the neighborhood. Food was decent but never really consistent. Needless to say I’ll never eat there again.

I have always enjoyed Santos in the past. Last night they seemed to be lacking quality control. Foods were not properly prepared, burned and no buns for the burgers. There appeared to be one waitress who was also acting as hostess. I hope it was just a bad night and not a glimpse into its future.

Amazing food and drinks! Will be back!

Having been in the restaurant business all my life, I tend micro analyze my dining experiences. Santos is my new favorite restaurant and was the best I've tried in a long time. Starting with ample parking, a clean and well maintained landscape, I entered to a smiling and friendly reception from the hostess. Our table was ready and we were greeted shortly after sitting. The ambiance was warm with background music audible but not overly loud. Our server was also friendly and smiling and I think she said Chelsea, but I'm not sure if my memory got that right. She was able to answer all my food questions, was very attentive but not obtrusive. Her timing of our courses(3) was seamless. We never felt rushed nor neglected. The food was impressive and delicious. All flavors were well balanced and no one ingredient over powering another. Each dish had layers of flavor from start to the finish. Perfection! Started with deviled eggs with crab! Yum! Middle course was a kale and quinoa salad also delicious. Best kale I've had in a while. Main course, I had grilled Mahi Mahi, with black beans and yellow rice. This dish really exemplified the Latin flair and was the perfect combination. My friend had crab cakes over pasta and was equally impressive. Portions were generous and I felt that overall, was a good value for the money. I could tell the food was made fresh with quality ingredients. I don't write reviews very often but felt compelled to give this place a shout out. Kudos! My only regret was because of the foggy weather, I didn't try any of the specialty cocktails from the bar. A few sounded really good though and I look forward to my next visit.

My wife and I visited Santos on Friday evening. They were not particularly busy, especially for a Friday. The food was amazing, the service was lackluster, but the noise level was horrible. The dining room has all hard surfaces, which do nothing to mitigate noise. They had music blaring, and people trying to talk above that. My Apple Watch read constant levels above 90db, with spikes well above the 100 range, without anyone dropping a tray of dishes. This could be a really nice restaurant if they only turned down the volume.

Excellent! The food was phenomenal and our server was on top of things and very helpful, yet unobtrusive. We brought another couple with us who had never been there and they were tremendously impressed.

We've eaten here a couple of times and the food and service are excellent!! Their onion rings are some of the best. I ordered the ribeye on both occasions, it was so delicious the first time, I had to order it again. I like my steak medium rare and the second time visiting Santo's my ribeye came out well done, but they were quick to cook me a new one. I highly recommend Santo's!!

This is a gem of a restaurant. The ambiance is very nice and the service is great. I've never had such unique food. It is hard to describe, but everything I've had has been delicious.

Started off with deviled eggs, then each had an entree. She had Latin-OODLES, I had fish tacos, both were tantalizingly tasty. We both had margaritas, very nice. Croissant & Cornbread Bread Pudding with Dulce de Leche Whiskey Sauce finished our meal. Will be back for round 2 soon.

A Santos dining experience is a must! Chef Natasha outdoes herself with every visit. Tonight, we had the Heavenly Seafood Platter. Everything was fried perfectly and so light and crispy. The cornbread that comes with it is a bite of heaven for sure. For dessert, don't pass up the milk and cookies. The chewiest, most chocolatey cookies you will ever eat. Then you dip them in the warm "milk" and it's a party in your mouth. Our server was so sweet and professional. We love dining at Santos!
