Got my whole order wrong and no refund, gave me so much lettuce which I didn't even ask for, had it looking like a grass sandwich.

Best subway sandwich I’ve had in a while everything is always fresh I get greeted every time I walk in they always have a smile on there faces great customer service very clean compared to other fast food places.

one of the few places around that opens early and closes late

Way too expensive probably the most expensive subway I’ve been too. Male employee who is usually there creeps me out and I stopped going. He was always trying to scam me by asking questions about getting double meat or extra cheese for no reason hoping I’d say yes and not mention the extra charge.
Also the dirtiest subway I’ve been too. The male guy I am talking about didn’t wear shoes and the area in back looked like a daycare.
I wish people would stop going to these places that go to extreme cost saving measures like these places. The only people who work there are their family and they hire nobody. Does nothing for the community
The last 2 times I've had the Chicken and Cheese dipper. Both times they were hard as rocks. I'll drive to Avondale even though it will be a but farther.

I wish I didn’t have to leave this review. The staff hasn’t been trained properly. Customer service is rude and they will charge you extra for every topping you put on it. Never been charged for lettuce before until I came to this store. Bread tasted old not fresh like subway I have been to normally tastes. Asked for the manager and he was rude, did not fix them charging me for the lettuce and other toppings. He said it was their policy. Go to the subway on highway 90 it is 10x better than this place. Someone must be desperate or low on time to have to eat here

Let Start with the Manager that is employed with Luling Subway, she can't run that Subway she complains the hold time, Veggies are frozen like times tomatoes spinach looks nasty lettuce is brown that bathrooms never clean meaning them toilets, You runs out of meat are your told you don't have it. , bread is hard as hell most the time are it's over cook, your team there 4 out 5 staff don't greet you. Fountain drink holder is always nasty , you walk in the floors are never never clean, they look mad like damn what new, This Managers can't run Subway, That, Meaning That Manager before this show anyone what CS was all, This manger complains to customers about things that don't concern a Subway, So why keep letting this store go down , your Managers Will never a manager.. You have lost lost of customers...And I want never come back in there again.I can go to Lockhart Bucee
I placed a mobile order,which should be done when you get there but as usual, it's not. I sent my 2 teens in to get the food and they stayed in there about 15 mins until I finally got out to see what was going on. They waited on several other customers, (adults) without even acknowledging my kids until I went in to check on them. She barely spoke English and my daughter just told me she did not put any bacon on her chicken and BACON ranch protein bowl. Definitely will NOT be here again. The service is HORRIBLE!!!

The people are friendly and the food is good

Was clean and service was quick. Our server seemed like she was new to the job.
Parking: Smaller lot, but you don't have to pay to park.
Wheelchair accessibility: One space for wheelchair, and was right by door.
