Upon arriving the hostess stated I had made reservations for Tuesday September 2 instead of today. She immediately revised my reservation and seated me promptly. I ordered the large filet cooked medium rare and so did my wife my came rich red center but my wifes was light pink. The waitress took my steak away and the manger returned to my table and stated that at their restaurant the rich red center was rare and he would prepare me another one they way I liked. The manager returned with a new steak which was cooked perfectly like a love with a rich red center and also brought out a new loaded baked potato. Our steaks were so very tender and delicious. Myself and my wife were so impressed with the service. We will be returning soon. Thank you to the waitress and to the Manager for such a wonderful dining experience.

Celebrated my birthday with the most amazing dinner! The atmosphere was not what I was excepting. I used to go to Youngs when there were in Slidell. The atmosphere was quiet, calm and intimate. I much prefer the quiet atmosphere.
Had possibly the best soft-shell crab I've ever had. The crab cakes, while in no way being Baltimore crab cakes, were excellent. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The lunch turned out to be a very good bargain. Highly recommended.

Excellent all round, as usual. The weight staff is extremely courteous and right there when you need them without being obtrusive. They were friendly and not familiar, and knew what they were doing. Obviously, these people are well trained. The food is excellent and served at the proper temperature.
