Miss the mature people that owned and worked there. They were always pleasant, smiled and always made you feel appreciated. Very young persons with not the most inviting personalities on last visit. Snowballs were tasty as I remember but not packed and shaped like before. I'm guessing it's just the ethic that coincides with the times. Wasn't a 4 star but I rounded up from 3.5
