Last year’s peelers are this year’s mediums. We bought a half a sack on Saturday and they were absolutely the smallest (nowhere near medium-size) Crawfish I have ever bought. Half of them were dead. If you want next year seed crop, get you a sack from over here. Small AF.!🤷🏿

My fiancée had reserved 4 sacks of crawfish various sizes which we were told..no problem. We were told to pick them up Saturday night before 8 as they closed at that time and we wouldn't be able to get them as they were closed Sunday as well. We drove from Oberlin to Mamou and when we arrived were told there catch was light they didn't have our sacks. They could have called us and saved us the trip. We were then told that we could come back in the morning and get them as they were open for customers getting crawfish. We were also told they would call us to confirm our reserved sacks were available. We never heard from them. Luckily the Crawfish Shack had some, we went with theirs. B and L was recommended to us. Never again. Pooooor customer service. If someone would like to reach out to us...I'd appreciate it. We never received a call.

Ask the lady at register if the live sack of crawfish I was buying were med to large , she said yes , apparently they boil all the med to large at their place and sell us the rest , got home and was very disappointed with what I purchased , extremely small crawfish , do not recommend
Very poor customer service! Very unprofessional staff! Took 3 times to reserve medium to large crawfish and kept not having my order. When I finally got the 2 sacks of crawfish, brought them to boil & 90% of them were VERY SMALL and paid $100 dollar per sack for what was supposed to be medium to large?? Called to let owner know and he was rude and argued they were med/Lg… 90% were between 1.5 to 2 inches.. Do not waste your time with this small business! As mentioned, poor customer service, dishonest, very unprofessional staff!

I’m from Katy but went to Mamou for a family weekend and of course got my hustle on and B&L had blue crabs Males that looked good so I bought 2-dozens of them to bring back home. They were wonderful at helping me with what I wanted. I’ll see them again on the next trip.
