Wouldn't know, hours are marked wrong, it says they close at 10pm but they were locked up with someone in there and it was 9:20pm. . . Will absolutely never go to another Baskin Robins again. . .I haven't been in YEARS. . .now I remember why. . . absolute horrible service. . .there was just some lady walking back and forth screaming at her bestie on her personal phone. . .the more and more I get into the situation the more and more upset I get. . . .why even bother?

Besides the absolutely delicious ice cream. This Baskin Robbin’s makes the best ice cream cakes. 🍰 ordered and unicorn cake for my 6 year old daughter and I can best summarize it as. It was so beautiful and delicious we spent more time admiring it than eating it. But once it was eating time, it went fast. Cannot recommend this place enough.

HORRIBLE costumer service when I called to tell them how SICK my whole family & I got from food poisoning from their ice-cream cake I bought for my 11 year old's birthday, Including my 11 year old son! What a birthday gift he received! I NEVER received even a simple call back! We will NEVER buy from them again & I have & will continue to let everyone know how this company does business. They ONLY received a 1 star because I had to in order to write this post.

I came here with my 10 year, old daughter, and the entire time an older lady and the younger girl in the picture were talking very loudly about a bad relationship, and my daughter was forced to listen to the entire conversation. I do not recommend this establishment. When I paid with my credit card and asked if I wanted to add a tip and I told the cashier my tip was that I’m sorry she had to be punished for her coworkers talking about a relationship inappropriately in front of my daughter so she doesn’t get a tip. Ridiculous.

Daughter and I went a few weeks ago, 3 scoop sundae did not fill up half the bowl. Out of soft serve and hot fudge. And expensive as hell. After I left a 5 buck tip, I actually should half returned for a refund. Sad, no more coconut ice cream for me. Better place right down the street.
