Two girls, one mop. Walked in, ordered a milk shake. Girl from the back came out asking for help with the mop. In front of the ice cream display, they wrestled the mop with their bare hands giggling. After 5-7 minutes, one of them finally asked about the second half of our order- another milkshake. She rinsed her fingers under the faucet and went to go scoop the ice cream. We stopped her and asked, did you use soap?. She pouted her way back to the sink where she washed her hands with soap this time. After a total of 15 minutes and the only ones in there, we finally received our milkshakes and paid.
Lots of cussing side convos, terrible customer service, down right gross. I’m going to flying dolly’s!

I Am Shocked To See Some Of The Reviews, I Will Say Staff Was Friendly. We Unknowingly Went Right Before Closing. The Young Girl Working Took Her Time To Make Our Order & Everything Was 10/10. The Waffle Cone Was Even Yummy & Perfectly Crunchy. The Cheesecake Bites In The Icecream Were The Perfect Touch && Satisfied My Cake Craving. The Oreo Layered Sundae Was Very Chocolatey, Had The Perfect Amount Of Oreos, Ice Cream & Fudge! I would go back- no complaints.

The service was not good at all! We walked in and we were greeted only by one of the teens that was working there. We waited for our order to be taken just for another lady not of color to walk in behind us and immediately got her order taken from the same teen who ignored us as we waited! I have never had an incident like that to happen to me at Baskin Robbin’s!! Please do better! I won’t be coming back! 0/10 service.

Please train your teenage employees how to greet a customer. My son and I waited about 10 minutes to be greeted, meanwhile the girl behind the ice cream counter stared at the cieling.
A person in line behind us assumed I was taken care of and began to order and was acknowledged as I was ignored..

The hours listed on Google are either a lie or the closing employees don’t follow them. They locked the doors around 9pm, an hr before their listing says. Hopefully they can get this straight.

Wouldn't know, hours are marked wrong, it says they close at 10pm but they were locked up with someone in there and it was 9:20pm. . . Will absolutely never go to another Baskin Robins again. . .I haven't been in YEARS. . .now I remember why. . . absolute horrible service. . .there was just some lady walking back and forth screaming at her bestie on her personal phone. . .the more and more I get into the situation the more and more upset I get. . . .why even bother?

2 single scoop cups were $10! I had ice in my chocolate almond ice cream and it tasted old. It’s been years since I have been there and won’t go back.
