The worst Chicken Salad Chick I’ve ever had.. Ordered Fancy Nancy - hardly any grapes in it, bread was hard and out of tomatoes. The amount of chicken salad they put on was thinner than the lettuce…Sweet Tea tasted very weird as well.

Love this place always, and I'm so happy to go in! Service is always fantastic! Smiles are free . Clean and the restrooms are very clean with lots to read! The pictures and the says are a blast!
Vegetarian options: Just ask, and they are willing to answer any questions with a smile and a taste!
Kid-friendliness: Great place for babies to teens ! Very Kid friendly !

I used to love chicken salad chick. I often visited the one on gauze. Even ordered catering several times. My visit today at this location left me feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. The Lemonade had a weird taste. The macaroni and cheese had no flavor not even a cheese flavor. My pickle was soggy and my chicken salad was lacking in the add ins (pineapple , apple , grapes) I’m very disappointed and feel as though I wasted my money. I threw it all away.

This was my first time eating here and it was great! I ordered the Classic Carol and got a fruit cup. The chicken salad was as expected, and the fruits ( a mix of grapes, strawberries, and blueberries) were all very fresh. It also came with a small cookie, and because it was my first time, they gave me a free cookie (I'm not sure if this is normal, but I thought it was very nice). They had the food ready immediately and even came around to check and make sure everything was good. Good food, great service, a little pricey, but I will be back.

The Fancy Nancy chicken salad is delicious. The grape salad I cannot recommend enough!! It’s a refreshing lunch that doesn’t make you feel “heavy”. You just feel good after eating something that nourishes you instead of weighing you down like the burger chains. So good. So fresh. You can’t go wrong. The staff are super friendly too. I was treated like they appreciated my business. I wish I would’ve caught the young lady’s name that was working the drive through window at lunch today. She is an asset! So friendly, patient and smiling. She should definitely be recognized for great customer service. Can’t wait to go back and have some more of that grape salad!

Went there two nights ago. The person made a rude and insinuating statement, I left without purchasing. Went in to talk to the GM about it two days later, he had an uninterested attitude. WONT RETURN AGAIN.

I would just like a consistent good sandwich. If I ask for extra lettuce, why does it decrease the full amount of chicken salad? I am asking for something additional and being charged for such so why decrease another portion? Doesnt make a lot of sense. Love the food but you need someone who is consistent in the kitchen. If Im paying $10-$12 for a sandwich and chips with a drink, lets make it right. Especially when chicken salad is one of the cheapest things to make.
