This Chili's in Mandeville maintains a clean and well-organized environment, and the food delivered the familiar, satisfying Chili's experience. However, it was the service that truly elevated our visit. We were incredibly fortunate to have Dani as our server. Dani was a breath of fresh air – friendly, genuinely funny, and exceptionally professional. She took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, offering excellent suggestions that perfectly suited our tastes. Her patience and willingness to answer our questions made us feel valued and comfortable. She struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our meal. It's rare to find a server who is so naturally engaging and skilled at their job. Dani's positive energy and dedication to providing a memorable experience were truly remarkable. I will absolutely be returning to this Chili's, and I sincerely hope to be seated in Dani's section every time. She's a shining example of outstanding customer service, and she made our dining experience truly exceptional.

We had two apps. The Triple Dipper was fine except the chicken tenders were a bit overcooked.
Our nachos were problematic. First of all they generally come with ground beef (per the menu), but our waitress said “Do you want your nachos with chicken or with no protein.” When I asked about the ground beef, she just said “yeah we don’t have beef anymore.”
Then, when the nachos came to the table. They were very odd looking. The chips were fanned across 2/3 of the plate in a crescent with melted cheese, chicken chunks, and jalapeño slices. In the open part of the plate, there was a small amount of shredded lettuce, a small bit of pico de gallo and some sour cream. There also was a small ramekin of ranch dressing.
When the nachos arrived, I said they were very unusual looking.. She replied “yeah, that’s an unusual presentation. We have some new people in the kitchen. I used to work in the kitchen and that’s not the way I did nachos.”
She did not however offer to take them back to the kitchen to have them done the proper way, or have a manager come to the table and see what our options would be.
The nachos didn’t taste badly, but there was an unusual spice on them that I couldn’t identify, and there was far to little of the lettuce, pico de gallo, and sour cream for a plate of nachos.

My son & i stopped in for lunch on Thurs. Nov.14 we really didn't know what we wanted for lunch? But, we said we hadn't eaten @ Chili's in a while, so we stopped in. And the sweet little lady Mrs. Christy was our waiter. She was amazing! And very sweet! We ordered gotten our food, and it was very delicious. My son ordered a burger, and fries added mac n cheese. I ordered four peice crispers with sweet and spicy tangy dipping sauce with fries in the place of the mac n cheese added broccoli. And I will say the mac n cheese was amazing too b/c I tried my son's . But, anyways, Mrs Christy deserved so much more for a tip that I could give that day :) so, I pray she gets a rays in the near future. The kindness she gave and the delicious food made a really nice eating experience there . And made us really glad we chose Chili's. God bless you, Mrs Christy & yours. And, if we don't see you before b/c we will be back if the Lord permits, then I pray you & your family have a blessed Thanksgiving & a Merry Christmas when it gets here . See you soon. Blessings!

I order togo a lot and everytime i go in to receive my food i get looked over by the workers everytime. I just came from there it's 09/25/2024 and one worker looked at me twice and refused to acknowledge me. It took another worker to come from the back look at me and ask the worker who ignored me something and than she asked if i needed anything. Very unprofessional they both look unhappy to be there. We as customers come to spend our money we work hard for to get mistreated it's not right

Less than stellar food or service. Not expecting a fine dining experience but expected at the least a fresh juicy burger. Received neither. Bar area had not been busted for a long time. Flies were prevalent as the back of the house staff chatted. Disappointed. Not going back. Wendy's has a better burger without expectations.
