We eat at chili's in slidell regularly and it's always great. Won't ever go back to this location. We asked for our burgers to be well done, ok so mine was pink and so was my wife's. Buns was oily also. So sent my wife's back I didn't send mine because I had already took a couple bites because I was so hungry. Hers comes back and it's worse than before. Completely pink. Now I understand most people like that however, we don't. I like my meat well done, the server even asked before hand how do you want it cooked. Very few people were there and I see why. I feel bad because it's been years since I left a bad review but, 3xs cooked and it comes out pinker than the first gross.

It felt like our server was taking a ‘Tour de Chili’s’ instead of waiting on our table. We didn’t get our drinks until the very end of our meal, which were supposed to be our initial drinks. On top of that, half of our entrées came out before the appetizers and before drinks even arrived. The whole experience was sloppy and frustrating from start to finish.
