Crazy Pig Southern Kitchen

Delicious brunch and lunch spot that WOWs! We keep coming back and trying different menu items and have not been disappointed! From the spinach dip to the 10 different Eggs Benedict to the pasta we've enjoyed it all! The service is fast and friendly in this clean quaint little spot tucked away in a strip mall!

In the past month my wife and I have been to both locations of the Crazy Pig for breakfast. The strawberry waffle and the biscuit sandwich were both very good and my wife is addicted to their cold brew. The service was fast and friendly. Although we live on the southshore I see more trips to the Crazy Pig in our future, I have to give the schnitzel a try.

Amazing food! Amazing service! Portion sizes were perfect for South LA, I could not stop eating!!
Austin was a great server even though we ate outside. Never did we feel neglected.
I think I will make a special trip to the North Shore just to eat here again!

A little pricy for me. I'm a Senior on SS. Would be nice to have a Senior Special. Food was delicious. Loved fried green tomatoes

The three of us ordered a little variety. Mom went straight for the Boudin Eggrolls, and they were awesome! Crisp outside, full of flavor inside. Andy chose the Southern Cobb Salad with fried chicken. The mix of ingredients worked well together, though she kept wishing the pieces were cut a bit smaller so she could get more in one forkful without wrestling it.

I got the Texan burger and fries. The burger itself was spot on... juicy, cooked just right, the onion rings were amazing. If I’m being picky, it could have used just a pinch more salt, but that’s splitting hairs. The fries, on the other hand, were excellent: hot, crispy, and hard to stop eating. They had the extra pinch of salt the burger needed but I didn’t see anyone at the table complaining as we all reached for them.

All in all, we left full and satisfied. Nothing fussy, just good food done well. I’d happily tell a friend to give this spot a try.

Grits were out of this world, and I don't particularly care for grits but my server suggested I try it with cheese. Hollandaise sauce on eggs benedict could be bottled it was so good. The only negative was the thin wafer/biscuit at the bottom of my crab meat eggs benedict. I had to put some elbow work in to cut it.

One way ticket it yummy town. We've been going for years, not often but at least 2-3 times a year and I just havent had anything that wasn't delicious. I'd recommend sitting at the bar for quicker service but other than that, from a table of 1 to a table of 8 (all of which we've done), the food comes out hot, plentiful, and oh so yummmmmy.
