Dominos is usually my preferred fast food pizza, but honestly this Dominos location is consistently terrible and has ruined dominos for me. The pizza is always dry, overcooked, and is literally NEVER cut all the way. It’s close and convenient so I keep punishing myself by going back and reliving my disappointment. I ordered 4 pizzas for a kid’s birthday party at my house today. Again, I was very disappointed. You know the pizza is bad when the kids don’t even eat them. One pizza was not even cut at all, while the others were not cut all the way through, which is a big pain to deal with when you are trying to host a party. I have never cared for Papa John’s, but unfortunately I think I am finally ready to make the switch.

Its pizza, not brain surgery. Why do you all struggle to get it right so much? Can't remember the last time they got an order right, not even kidding. When you call to complain or try and get a refund they will put you on hold forever to deter you from pursuing. I had to drive all the way to the store to get a refund.
I had put in a delivery order for close to 50$ and they left me a plain cheese pizza when I ordered ham with extra ham, hamburger, and bacon. I immediately called to tell them and they won't answer. Here I am stuck with cheese and charged for the more expensive pizza. This isn't the 1'st time they won't answer the phone. If you order late, they take the order and leave you waiting for food and they never show up. They don't notify you that they aren't going to make it.

Not sure what happened because this location use to be decent. Now every pizza is either wrong, dry, overcooked, undercooked, and NEVER ever cut all the way through. The workers and management are sweet but that can only get you so far when the food itself is almost always inadequate. Hope things change, use to love this location.
