Customer service usually sucks everywhere, I got to say that from my personal experience, Pizza was given to us within 15 minutes there wasn't any line though. They were not smaily meaning they were busy you can tell when when workers are not happy about working in customer service field but I would say they were just busy.

I'm never one to complain.... so I won't start here. The pizza professionals at this location are top notch. Theyve reached the pinnacle of pie. They make perfectly sauced, hand-tossed. They're the kings of wings (*from a place without a deep-frier).

Have never had a problem ordering here until earlier today.

Usually pay by card, but had to pay with cash tonight. Ordered on app.

When I went into the store to pick up my order I told the employee I needed to pay. She told me "we don't take hundreds" and then said that there's a gas station up the road.

I'm not about to put a bunch of extra effort to exchange one form of legal tender for another form just to purchase a pizza. Additionally, nowhere in the app was I warned that I could not pay using hundred dollar bills. Decided to just go home and eat something else.

I’m never one to complain but literally every time I’ve ordered from this location they always mess up my order… this is like the 10th time in a row they’ve given me the wrong item. Nothings more infuriating than when I’ve been wanting a certain food all week and then opening the box to something completely different than I payed for😭

What a mess they are, placed an order and get their for pickup and Was told they didn’t receive an order must have been Covington order. I get home and they advise we have your order, I ask for a credit for my order and was ignored. Four different people advised me no order was placed by me. What a bunch of bad ones! Never again

I have never had a horrible experience... they are always on point and I have never had a messed up order! Also, they have actually looked and taken their time to help me save some money with coupons that I didn't even see! I Highly recommend and thank you guys for such a great service!

I tried to get a free root beer, for having to wait for our order. But no luck I had to pay for it and wait.... total bummer
