Love the loaded teas and the protein cold brews. Pretty much any flavor of a tea you can think of, it's on the menu. High levels of caffeine in these drinks, also I'm pretty sure there's levels to choose from. You're definitely set for the day after leaving with your drink of the day. Pricing is really good, you're getting way more what you're paying for. Kelly and her team are always welcoming, and ready to serve you with a smile.

I recently visited Empower Nutrition , and it was an incredible experience! The boosted teas are absolutely delicious and packed with energy-boosting ingredients that keep you going all day. I loved the variety of flavors they had everything from fruity and refreshing options to more creamy and indulgent blends.
The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations based on my preferences. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends.

The teas are amazing full of energy and I think they add a lot of flavor, I even sometimes want less, but my favorite is the meal replacement shakes! So good and fills me up all day! The girls that work there are really sweet too!

When going to empower, staff is always kind and helpful! They always answer any questions you have. The shakes and nutritional teas are AMAZING! This is the only tea shop I will go to. I drive from Slidell to get my teas and shakes! This is the best tea shop!!!
