Unfriendly. Was not greeted; no hello, no smile, no have a nice day. Waited 20mins for an order of large fries, and then was short changed on the order. Two men that got there after me were served before me. Will not be spending my money there again.

The service was excellent.. The motion sensor light went off on me while in the bathroom... uncomfortable pitch black situation! Please reconsider this for safety purposes. The food was just ok.. fries weren't cooked all the way, the bun was stale..

Good burger. Terrible fries. I ordered small fries ($4.35) they were undercooked and limp. They put enough fries in the bag to refill the cup three times. I Would much prefer a smaller order of decent fries.

Always hard at work. DEFINITELY ORDER AHEAD! They cook them fresh so it's nice and ready when you swing through. Ordering a small fries is like ordering 3 potatoes. Awesome!

I want to start by saying that I’ve consistently had great food and service at this location in the past, which makes today’s experience especially disappointing. I ordered the regular fries, which are around $7—definitely on the pricier side, but usually worth it because Five Guys fries are typically excellent. Unfortunately, when I opened the bag at home, all of the fries were dark brown, overly greasy, and tough. More than 75% of the fries were completely inedible. It’s clear that the oil needed to be changed. It’s disheartening to see this location taking these shortcuts already, especially considering this location hasn’t even been open for a full year yet. I really hope this was just an off day and not a sign of declining quality.
By the way, these are the regular fries, not the Cajun fries.

The staff working tonight were amazing. Everyone was busy cleaning, cooking, or assisting customers. The man in the black shirt, i’m assuming the manager, was very knowledgeable and outstanding.
So cold in there, just plan on picking up and leaving. No reason to freeze in there! Staff is friendly and polite, food is delicious!

We always get hamburgers at the one in Covington and decided to try the one in Mandeville! Not the same! Wasn’t cooked well. We got them to go and didn’t feel like driving back for them to fix the order. Spend way too much to have not cooked well burgers. Won’t be back!

Horrible. Was only in there for 10 minutes and left sweating profusely. Asked an employee who was also sweating horribly to find out ac was broken, they were clearly overheated. Can only wonder how making employees who stand next to a grill and fryers all day sit in a place with no ac is legal

Love the burgers and fries here, obviously, but you guys have got to do something about the men’s room situation. If someone is using the urinal when you walk in the bathroom, they are just standing right next to the door with their junk staring at you. Completely unacceptable. Same complaint goes for the stall. The gap in the door is like someone is in the stall with you. Way too wide.
