Living outside of Louisiana, we only get to Mandeville once or twice a month to visit the farmers market and get several bags of Flamjeaux Coffee. Because of business not allowing for travel last month and still, we have not been able to travel out of state. Unfortunately, we ran out of our supply of Flamjeaux coffee and had to temporarily fill in with other until having a chance to travel. The other coffee is good but not as good as fresh Flamjeaux coffee that has just been roasted. I contacted Margo, explained the situation and was able to order coffee and have delivered. Margo's very good customer service was appreciated and getting the fresh Flamjeaux coffee really makes a positive difference in the morning. When you first open the bag, it smells fresh and the quality of the taste is well worth the travel to Louisiana or getting in the mail. We have worked and drank coffee all over the Pacific North West and some of their coffee is good but who would have guessed a small, local roaster would produce a coffee product that is better. Thank you Margo for providing great, fresh small batch roasted coffee beans. Keep up the great work! We hope to be seeing you and others at the Mandeville Farmers Market very soon.

My wife scheduled a tasting with them for tomorrow for our anniversary. We scheduled this in April. The appointment was for tomorrow. We rented an Air BnB for this weekend a street over. Less than 24 hours before our tasting they canceled on us for "family obligations", however they had a booth at the Farmer's Market this morning. Wasted trip.

This is a hidden gem!!! I got a couple of packages of the medium-dark roast and it is AMAZING!! Not only did the car smell amazing on the ride home. I will gladly make the trek from Downtown to Mandeville for that coffee!!

My husband and I used to live in New Orleans, lived there about 8 yrs. My niece who is in the Navy while being stationed in Djibouti took a trip to Ethiopia and brought back the most amazing coffee I think we’ve ever drank and I was very bummed out when the coffee was gone thinking we would never find it again. New Orleans as some pretty darn good coffee. This Christmas the same niece came to Las Vegas (where we currently reside) and low and behold one of our presents was coffee from Flamieaux Coffee Company, Ethiopia medium roast roasted by Margot. We were elated to find that the Flamieaux’s coffee was a very close match. We will be definitely ordering our coffee from here !

Such a great coffeehouse!!! My husband and I discovered this coffeehouse this past weekend and had no idea that they have been open for almost a year. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Margot and she was wonderful. The barista Leon is amazing, he made me a latte using Ethiopian coffee and he made my husband a latte using Guatemalan coffee. I definitely recommend this adorable, lovely, cozy, and friendly coffeehouse. We can't wait to go back many times.

I found Flamjeaux Coffee Company at the MandevilleTrailhead, where they keep a vendor booth Saturday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. You can buy bags of their different roast coffee blends there, or on Jefferson Street, where their shop is. The owners are super friendly and will explain the huge variety of coffee blends available, you can even get all natural coffee body scrub!
