Ordered cheese sticks, they were good…ordered a pepperoni pizza and a margherita pizza…the Margherita tasted very rancid and the only bite taken was left in a napkin. The pepperoni was flavorless like cheese bread. Should’ve checked the reviews before we went…it was bad. Service was adequate, ambiance was dull and sad…no music, very quiet.
Very good pizza but pricy for what you get.

I am not sure when this happened but we have had terrible luck in dealing with them on the phone?? they use to be great!! a few months ago our order was wrong on every item and we were told we couldnt drive there to get what we ordered and to take it up with Uber?? today I wanted to order a simple cheese pizza and lasagna, we have been told that no matter what we order through Uber or any others that we can not ask questions about what comes on the pizza and we have to take it up with the delivery service? I just wanted to know if I could order a cheese pizza and for the $17.64 does it come with cheese and sauce...it looks like it does not and you have to add $3.03 for sauce and $4.36 for cheese which make it too expensive for a basic cheese pizza? but if thats what they charge in house then I may have ordered it anyway? they have good food but not so friendly staff anymore?? BUMMER😪😪😪😪😪😪
Really good pasta dishes as well as gourmet style pizzas.

Our third time here and my wings were cold in the middle. Notified the waitress, she agreed with me, then told me it's because they are precooked wings. Nothing else was said or done. Ruined my 43 dollar meal for me. Don't think I'll be going back. ||| June 2024 UPDATE ||| We ordered take-out. Picked up the food and it was hot. 2 Calzones, a panini, and wings. Everything was outstanding. I have to edit this post because my family and I loved it. Looks like we will be going back. I can't vouch for the service or atmosphere. It was later on a Thursday. The place was empty. I think it was around 8PM and I just went in and out of the place.

Staff was nice pizza was ok.
Rip off! I signed up for the V. I. P. offer to send coupons to your phone about 5 years ago. Almost every time I have attempted to use a coupon, they find a reason not to honor it. In the past, when I used them for “to go” orders I noticed that I had been charged 5 to 7$ for the second pizza which was supposed to be free. Check your receipts! I had several unused coupons with NO expiration date in my phone because I usually order to go, but at some point they changed the coupons to dine in only. I attempted to use one the other day and handed my phone to the waiter. When I looked over to see what was taking so long he was scrolling through my phone. He comes to the table to tell me that all of my coupons had been redeemed and could not be used. I had 9 unused coupons in my phone (all dine in). In 25 years I have dined in there 3 times, I usually order pick up. So how could I have redeemed 9 dine in coupons? So it seems that they redeemed all of my coupons so I could not use one of them. My phone had several “redeemed” messages when he handed my phone back to me. I contacted the owner of the Covington location to see if he could give me a contact number for the owner of the Mandeville location. He assured me that this was not the way they were to treat customers and that his cousin Aiden owned the Mandeville location and he would have him contact me. Here we are 3 days later and apparently (like some other reviews state) the owner does not care. Since I have not heard from the owner, I will assume that he is aware of what is happening and condones it. We have several great pizza restaurants in Mandeville and Covington I suggest staying away from this one. Don’t send out coupons if you don’t want to honor them!
Great professional polite service

Apparently the kid's and adult's sizes for the chicken alfredo are actually the same exact size, but twice as expensive. The only difference is they put green onion and a tiny bit more chicken in the adult portion. When I first got the pasta I was told that the adult size is waaaay more food, like almost twice as much, she has to save half of it as leftovers when she gets the adult size.
Turns out, they're not different sizes, just slightly different portions in the same size bowl, and they justified the extra $7 by including a salad, which you can't exclude from the meal.
There was also some confusion over payment because I was handed my food and was told to have a nice day, so I thought I paid. They insisted on getting my card info over the phone, and even though I offered to bring in cash, they made the manager pay for it and asked me to come in and drop off cash immediately, which would have made my food cold. I eventually got them to agree to let me bring in cash the next day, but that was tough.
I liked the kids portion because it was like $8 for a good amount of pasta, and it was just a normal cheesy alfredo sauce. The adult portion has a bucket of cilantro and it tastes like soap. I literally can't eat it, and they won't let me bring it back. I offered to just bring the whole meal back and not pay anything, but that's not an option. Can't bring back the salad and just pay for the kid's size, even though that's basically what I got.
The whole thing was ridiculous, no one listened to me except to say that I still had to pay for it. Once I settle the $18 I owe for food I'm not eating, I'm not coming back for a while.

It's me again. New to the area in giving you the unbiased first visit reviews. The pizzas are a pricey. I removed 1 star because of price point.A single pepperoni pizza with added Italian sausage shouldn't cost $20 but we are living with bidenomics these days so everyone is capitalizing on it. So we got 2 pizzas for $40. I don't really care if it's firebrick cooked, or not, that's kind of insane. I can go get 2 ribeye steaks and all you can eat rolls at Roadhouse for that. And the tea will be sweet.Except for the price, we really enjoyed the pizza. They were out of root beer and the sweet tea isn't very sweet.Service was great and they were nice and attentive. The atmosphere was good as well.

My wrap was a burnt up mess, I couldn’t even pick it up it just crumbled to pieces! I just added the chicken from the wrap to my side salad it came with, very disappointing
The garlic knots are the best I have ever and the marinara is amazing!

Great food and always accommodating. I've been on a low carb diet lately and they have great little keto bowls designed after their popular pizzas that you can get. Everything I've gotten here, the pizza, the Panini's, salad, garlic knots, mozzarella sticks and the green onion sausage has always been amazing.
