Place an order over the phone at 6:30 on Saturday was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Came in at 7:20 order was lost. Had to wait 40 more minutes for order to be ready. They did offer any kind of refund or something off. Not good customer service at all. This is my favorite pizza but after that service it will be hard to come back.

The veggie pizza was good. We also ordered spinach and artichoke dip. The waitress asked if we wanted it before or with the pizza. I said before. The pizzas came 25 minutes later. The appetizer came a few minutes after the pizzas. We asked for a pizza box for our leftovers which equaled 1 pizza. She said ' we can't just give out pizza boxes.' We had to get 2 Styrofoam boxes each and 2 Styrofoam boxes for the spinach artichoke dip. Not sure we will be returning.

We used the menu on their website... the prices were not updated so imagine the sticker shock. The pizzas were not even that good compared to Dominoes down the street for less. The lady told us it would be 40 mins, when we got there out pizzas were luke warm and they weren't even busy... this is just our experience and to warn people about the not updated prices on the website. We loved the one in Baton Rouge and Slidell years ago and wanted to relive fond memories upon passing by it randomly one day.

Some of their pizzas are good like the artichoke/veggie pizza. But the pepperoni I had was not good. They put the pepperoni under the cheese so they were not cooked or crispy.

My favorite pizza place ever. I'm from Mandeville but I moved to England 5 years ago and I miss this place more than I can say. I've just been reminiscing about the spinach and artichoke dip with my English husband and decided to give a review now because Italian Pie deserves it. Best pizza with a perfect cheese/sauce/crust ratio AND fantastic sandwiches; my two favs are the greek roasted chicken and the pizza sub, which I think they have re-named the Italian special. If you are ever in the area, do yourself a favor and dine-in or get it delivered and don't sleep on the spinach dip ;)

I was doing a DoorDash delivery on tonight 12/15 at 7:50. I get to the parking lot alll lights are off. I drove all over the parking lot looking for the restaurant i didn’t even notice the business because the worker had hit the outdoor lights and when I called to find where the place was located she was very rude and gave little to no help. When I walked in she did not greet me and looked very mean and not customer friendly. She has to be the owner because there is no way I would hire someone like her to work in my business. Also NO ONE was even in the store so why are you being rude. Smh it’s so hard to find good help these days.

Completely understaffed. I left after I was ignored for ten minutes while the sole wait person catered to her regular customers who came in after me. Another couple who came in after me but before the regulars was also ignored and left. Don’t waste your time. The food has always been pretty good but not as good as at least four other restaurants within a mile. If you must have it, order delivery.

I recently ordered the manicotti for dinner through DoorDash and with every bite, I was in heaven! It was absolutely delicious and I’m excited to order it again in the future. The only very minor issue I had was that the caesar dressing to my salad was missing from my order, but we’re all human and small mistakes happen so I wasn’t worried about it! I highly enjoyed the food itself and highly recommend trying this restaurant if you haven’t already! Thanks for an awesome dinner.

Best Pizza in the Area ! Generous about of toppings on all the pies the crust is prepared to order always fresh. Not only is the pizza delicious but the Lasagna is amazing also the Caesar Salad is the best ever. Family friendly casual atmosphere will not disappoint!
