Reached out after ourder was incorrect and was told food made infront of you if wrong correct then, it was a hot sub (NOT MADE IN FRONT PERSON) so a teenager doesn’t know what is “mikes way” if they don’t eat cold subs. You would think they know what mikes way means. Management should get all or ask for more details when you try to address concerns instead of assuming!

Meats cut to order fresh bread tasty toppings with fast and friendly service. Forget other sub shops. If I was these fellas boss, they would be getting a large bonus!
The little creatures that work there were very good im happy for them. Making nice long sized sandwiches. Im not sure why the hamburger meat is missing. Im not one to remember the old days when the meat was straight from the ranch. Luckily the one lady was a sweetheart. My last and only complaint is the lack of space overall for my purse and companions. Im wishful for the future.

Went about a week ago and the service and food were very good. Which honestly surprised me because there were only 2 people working trying handle all the orders. I didn't mind the wait since I understood they were busy and honestly felt bad for the workers. Was an overall good experience all things considered, but would recommend hiring more people.

I ordered a Club Supreme and customized ingredients to avoid vinegar, oil etc. It tastes and appears to have oil/vinegar on the sandwich. I also typed in specific instructions but the sandwich was not cut in half. I noticed all the customizations and instructions are listed in the app order but NOT on the printed receipt with my order.

Don't do pick up from here. Make sure you go in and order your sandwich and they make it right in front of you because if you do you will skip all of the other to go orders.

Ordered food through Uber. They left my sandwich out of the bag. Drove all the way to store to get the sandwich. Got home to eat it and it had hair in it. Ridiculous.
