i walked in and it was freakin busy!!!! so many people waiting for their online orders a lady even came up and pointed to her sandwich and asked the worker to hurry it up lol. But i waited a bit and someone took my order and i sat and waited. they guys there were busting their asses im not gonna lie. and when i was getting my sandwich dressed and wrapped they were all super nice to me and helped me out. one of the dudes even complimented my freakin akatsuki hoodie!! fr!! they also gave me some pairing cards cause i was waitning but it was only like 10 mins, super cool dudes

Food always great went 5 times in 8 days to both locations. Only thing we didn't appreciate was inappropriate music was played at Covington location. We seem to prefer Mandeville location manager Ritz is wonderful. Highly recommend!

I order through the app for curbside pick up. Order said it was supposed to be ready at 11:43 AM. I showed up at 12:13 PM and I Select check in for curbside pick up. I watch an employee talk to a guest just flirting and giggling for 15 minutes, I called the store asked if my order was ready. The guy on the phone cannot locate my order says that someone probably took my bag or that they never got the ticket and he didn’t even know his own store’s address when I read it to him that I was at the correct address. I told him my first and last name at least three times I go into the store because I only get a 30 minute lunch and I already spent 13 minutes driving to the store and on the counter in front of the girl who was yapping with a customer still after I walked in and I grabbed my bag and I told the guy this is my bag. This is my order that you said wasn’t made. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this store & my second time ever ordering here & the last time they took 15 minutes bringing my food out to my car when I also arrived well after the order finish time. I’m disappointed in the complete lack of service & the crappy insincere apology given. I order ahead & leave well after the order is supposed to be done so that I can get my food as quickly as possible. I have social anxiety due to PTSD & OCD otherwise I would go and get it myself. Please do better and at least give sincere apologies of a complimentary drink. Something.

First time at Jersey Mike's. I was under the impression that they only served cold subs, and to my delight I found out that they had hot tubs also. It's hard to find a Philly cheese steak in my area. Try Jersey Mike's and it was delicious.

Reached out after ourder was incorrect and was told food made infront of you if wrong correct then, it was a hot sub (NOT MADE IN FRONT PERSON) so a teenager doesn’t know what is “mikes way” if they don’t eat cold subs. You would think they know what mikes way means. Management should get all or ask for more details when you try to address concerns instead of assuming!
