My old favorite place to eat in the state I moved from was a ramen restaurant. I was worried when I moved to Louisiana that it was going to be hard to find a replacement - thankfully, it wasn't. Journey Ramen met my high expectations, and has made me a happy noodle camper for the foreseeable future. Chris, the waiter there is very quick, friendly, and just a pleasure to be around. The decidedly anime and Japanese jam-packed atmosphere doesn't take itself too seriously. It's fun and comfortable, and that's what counts. Most importantly, the ramen, broth and all ingredients are of great quality and have hit every single time I've been there - they don't miss! 5 stars, will be going back again, and again, and again.

Family was looking for a compromise on where to go, so we decided to try a place we hadn't been. Wow, what a great choice. There were so many things we each wanted to try; it was rough to choose. Both types of dumplings we tried were outstanding. Wife got a ramen dish, and my daughter and I had Korean BBQ beef noodle dish. We can't wait to come back and try something else!

There was a cockroach in my food. Everything was bland. Mushrooms were decayed and lost all taste. Corn was cold, meat was low quality, seafood too small, and the wings? Around the size of my thumb. Thats not very big. The service was fine.

Saturday dim sum 100% not worth it. Tasted frozen. Waiter was rude which would honestly be whatever if our food was good. The attitude was the worst part of the entire experience. Our drinks were dirty. Not sure if it was the cups or the drink dispenser. Can't speak for the rest of the menu.

honestly the best place to come when you want good ramen or anything to be honest everyone is super friendly chris helped me and my mom and was sweet as can be and super super friendly and attentive i will definitely be coming back here anytime i want good ramen and good customer service!! i didn’t take any pictures but this place is amazing i definitely recommend coming here

Took my daughter to Journey for her birthday. First off, our waiter was the best. Very friendly & attentive. He chatted & laughed with us. He would check on us to see if we needed anything. Great service! It's a small but very comfortable & welcoming. The food was absolutely wonderful! The pork soup dumplings are the best. These little gems just burst in your mouth with flavor. The curry chicken udon was so good, I ordered one to take home for lunch the next day. The truffle fries come out hot & crispy with a wonderful sauce on top. I will definitely be back!

Atmosphere is very cultured. A robot would have been better services, no personality not very polite and did not know the menu except for what they did not have. Many items on the menu unavailable including the item photos. In an almost empty restaurant we were sat next to the owner family were the child was watching TV on home. Nothing wrong with the kid at all , just sit us somewhere else, with other tables available. I don't normally complain but this maybe the next failed restaurants in this location.

We enjoyed our lunch at Journey Ramen. My husband ordered the bang bang shrimp rice dish and I got one of the Goku chicken dishes. Both were very well prepared and delicious. The batter on the bang bang shrimp was light and airy. It did not overpower the delicate taste of the shrimp. They were not heavy-handed with the sauce so the flavors of the dish came through. The broth in the chicken dish was exceptional. It was creamy and spicy. There were large pieces of chicken breast and bok choy in the broth along with the ramen noodles. The service was very good. Our order came out quickly. You help yourself to your drink of choice. We will definitely return to try some of their other dishes. I also noticed they have a very busy take out business. This did not seem to affect the inside restaurant business.
