Saturday dim sum 100% not worth it. Tasted frozen. Waiter was rude which would honestly be whatever if our food was good. The attitude was the worst part of the entire experience. Our drinks were dirty. Not sure if it was the cups or the drink dispenser. Can't speak for the rest of the menu.

honestly the best place to come when you want good ramen or anything to be honest everyone is super friendly chris helped me and my mom and was sweet as can be and super super friendly and attentive i will definitely be coming back here anytime i want good ramen and good customer service!! i didn’t take any pictures but this place is amazing i definitely recommend coming here

Took my daughter to Journey for her birthday. First off, our waiter was the best. Very friendly & attentive. He chatted & laughed with us. He would check on us to see if we needed anything. Great service! It's a small but very comfortable & welcoming. The food was absolutely wonderful! The pork soup dumplings are the best. These little gems just burst in your mouth with flavor. The curry chicken udon was so good, I ordered one to take home for lunch the next day. The truffle fries come out hot & crispy with a wonderful sauce on top. I will definitely be back!

Atmosphere is very cultured. A robot would have been better services, no personality not very polite and did not know the menu except for what they did not have. Many items on the menu unavailable including the item photos. In an almost empty restaurant we were sat next to the owner family were the child was watching TV on home. Nothing wrong with the kid at all , just sit us somewhere else, with other tables available. I don't normally complain but this maybe the next failed restaurants in this location.

We enjoyed our lunch at Journey Ramen. My husband ordered the bang bang shrimp rice dish and I got one of the Goku chicken dishes. Both were very well prepared and delicious. The batter on the bang bang shrimp was light and airy. It did not overpower the delicate taste of the shrimp. They were not heavy-handed with the sauce so the flavors of the dish came through. The broth in the chicken dish was exceptional. It was creamy and spicy. There were large pieces of chicken breast and bok choy in the broth along with the ramen noodles. The service was very good. Our order came out quickly. You help yourself to your drink of choice. We will definitely return to try some of their other dishes. I also noticed they have a very busy take out business. This did not seem to affect the inside restaurant business.

I’ve never had bad food here! One of my favorite places for the environment and the on point food every time. Always fresh and truly doesn’t take that long for being fresh. Owner is down to earth. I think anyone that complains about the service just doesn’t understand the type of place they’re walking into.
Beef ramen, tonkotsu ramen, any of the dumplings, all amazing.

Amazing Asian street food place I would come back to over and over again! There is lots of anime memorabilia and anime playing on the TVs, making it a fun spot for people who love anime too.
The service is always very nice and helpful, and the food just blows me out of the water every time I go. Perfectly crispy fried chicken, authentic slurpable noodles, hearty broth, flavorful sauces- this place has it all!
It's one of my favorite spots in Covington, and it's a completely different experience than every other restaurant I've been to and is worth trying even just for the experience of going there.

I absolutely love this place both as a fan of anime, ramen, and the culture the food comes out quick, the service is great and respectful, and it overall makes you want to come back and eat again because of how comfortable it makes you feel. The food overall was phenomenal and my taste buds tasted things it has never tasted before in the greatest way possible i recommend this place to everyone even if you like anime or not you can find something in there that you will love. 10/10
My daughter and I came in to try out some Ramen based off a recommendation from my coworker. Walking in we were greeted and sat quickly! The staff were very kind and compassionate to my daughter who is a bit non verbal. We ordered some Ramen and Chicken broth for my daughter and the Beast Gohan for myself! It was absolutely amazing!! We also got the Edamame which has such a good flavor between spice and garlic that hit the umami part on the head! I also was taught a cool trick to cooling off my daughter’s food that I will for sure be using in the home! Bringing my wife back next week for a lunch date! Definitely recommended!

Love this place! I live on the south shore but make sure I stop in everytime I am over on the North shore. Food is excellent and service is great. Everyone I have interacted with is very nice and cheerful.

This was our first visit here, but we will be coming back. The service was incredible, everyone was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, everything was hot and fresh. I have not been impressed with a restaurant from all angles in a long time, but Journey knocked it out the park!
