since the owner change, the portion sizes are much much smaller, in the amount of food and the size of the rolls

Absolutely amazing experience if you want to get some quality sushi for a good price. The specialty rolls are for sure where its at. Very nice staff too

The owners changing makes so much sense, used to be my favorite place for my family, we’d go every week. Then out of nowhere the salmon was gross and grey, the soup was bad, everything smelled bad, the dishes were dirty, the food was less than alright and though we touched nothing we still had to pay for all of it. Sad to see our favorite place go down the drain.

Food was sour tasting or bland, gum under the table, it was a really good restaurant but something has changed for the worse

I’ve been a fan of this place since they opened, it’s not the same anymore. The food is bland and tasteless, the rice is mushy. It brakes my heart to give Kazoko a bad rating, it had become my go to place for so many different dishes. From the Pho, to the bowls and the sushi rolls it was always a great experience. Get Kiki back!!

General Tso had jalepeno in it. Seafood Uno had mostly salmon which made everything even noodles taste like salmon. Crab ragoon was served with mayo as a dip. $60+ wasted.

We used to be regulars. Then the restaurant's original owner sold out. The vibe, the food quality, the waitstaff, the flavor, the seasonings, all diminished. We gave it two tries in the last couple of months. Last visit, had to flag down the one stressed and very young (he was trying hard) waiter for napkins, the check, and a carry out box. Had a Mandeville roll (which I'm 90% certain is precooked and reheated for service, NOT freshly made- was hot on the outside but dishrag room temperature on the inside) was disappointing. Even the vegetable tempura appetizer, which was served hot, though undercooked, was disapppointing. My overall experience shouted from the rooftops- "we will not be back!". When original owners and chefs sell their restaurants- their babies, their creations- the establishments usually don't last beyond a couple of years before they're sold again and again. Sad.
