Great atmosphere. Good food. HORRIBLE service. Went with my family and my sisters family. I ordered right after my sister. My sister‘s food came out. They waited 10 minutes to see if ours would come out and then ate. They were finished for 15 minutes and I asked the bartender to check on our order. She came out and said there were three orders ahead of us. Three tables that walked in after us were already eating their food. And I known the service would be this bad, I wouldn’t have tipped when I paid for the meal at the bar. We will not be back. Over an hour to get a couple burgers and fries.

Very good! I’ve been a reoccurring diner at this restaurant for the past year and a half and I always recommend it to anyone who comes to the Northshore. Right by the lakefront, the ambience and atmosphere is wonderful. The food is incredible! Never fails to provide the best smash burgers and fries! They offer a really good vegan smash burger for those with dietary restrictions. It’s one of my go to orders!

Ordered a Kelly's Burger + fries to-go. The food was ready right on time and the burger was delicious. I was a big fan of the thick, fresh made pickles. The burger was perfectly dressed with the perfect amount of every topping. It also was a good balance of meat vs bread. Definitely will go back!

Very expensive for some cheap served food, spend about 50 dollars for 2 person, for a hamburger with fries, 3 very small fish tacos that you have to look for the fish in the taco and chicken tenders that they change you for the sauce even it says it comes with it, so sorry meals, I don't know how they still in business, not to mention it tools almost 1 and half hours to get the food and it was cold and the fries looks like yesterday fries and they refried them. Definitely will not return.

The place was not busy. Food was slow to come out. We used to come regularly when it was the beach house and before that and it was called Lucy’s surf shop but can’t remember. The food was not that great. I had the mushroom taco, not good it had a weird taste and the luau taco which wasn’t bad. My husband had the buffalo chicken wrap which was mediocre. We used to love this place. This was our 3rd attempt at Kelly’s but will be our last.

I really enjoyed my meal today. It was slow when I arrived, but the employees were still happy to have us. When the weather is nice this place is a real treasure. I got the burger of the month (Ghost pepper) and my wife had the cheeseburger fries. I loved the burger because I is actually very spicy 😋. The fries were a really nice treat for my wife as she suffers from an intolerance to gluten. The meat is fantastic and the menu lables it waygu. The French fries seem hand cut and they were very good! I'll be coming back for the food.
Great service, fun atmosphere, friendly workers. My food was great except the mushroom Taco was not good at all, and I love mushrooms. There was a weird bitter taste and I can't place it but it was overpowering. My friends with me tried it and also did not like it.

The food was good but didn't expect not to have a plate- the cardboard boats for different parts of the same meal are maybe suppose to have a food truck vibe? I was not told that I needed to get my own utensils, condiments and napkins in a different area, but I figured that out. The atmosphere is great, but no one checks on you (the place was viturally empty, I guess they just stand at the register and hang out?) and for $25 for one person, I would prefer to have a server- definitely not into the cafeteria style for the price. I wouldn't have tipped when I ordered if I knew it was all self service. A lot of people are into it, just not my thing.

Burgers are outrageous in price and were the size of a value menu it at Wendy's, except cost $16 without fries or a drink and not including tip. The meat itself was pretty much jerky. The only saving grace was that the sauce was pretty good. I wouldn't recommend unless you don't mind paying $10 over per item that's is still just mediocre.

Fun place, good food friendly staff. I sat outside, the area was cooled by several large fans very pleasant. They have a play area for kids, very large sandbox. I had the double pepper burger with fries and sweet tea. Lovely lunch.
