Completely disappointed in this location and their service. Went in to place a bakery order and was told I HAD to do it online. Placed a $200 order online, called to confirm two days in a row and they can’t find the order. When asked for help with this I was told I could look a number up online they guess- manager completely rude. Save your time and money and just go somewhere else.

Staff apparently wanted badly to be elsewhere. "Don't worry, I'll service my own table, thanks." It has been a few years since my prior visit - this was the only place in Mandeville refusing to serve patrons not wearing a mask; current staff seemed ready to do that all again. But for the fireplace on a frigid winter day, I can't imagine ever returning.

We had a great experience at La Madeline this morning! The service was fast and friendly, and the food was great! They had crayons and coloring sheets for my two little ones, great coffee and desserts and it was very clean.

I can only speak from take out. After ordering about 8-9 times it has been consistently perfect. Food is good, hot, and packed nicely. It's a shame because this place is never busy. Surprising to be honest. Hope they can make a rebound in business. Some comments about the food portion sizes are probably accurate for the American pallet.

My daughter and I visited the restaurant in mandeville la. We immensely enjoyed the service, food was delectable, and ambience was superb! One of my fave places to eat !
Service a little slow but the quality makes up for it. The prices are too high. $2.79 for a miniature lemon tart!

The staff is friendly. The place is charming.
Had been 20 years since visiting since where I had lived didn't have this restaurant. It's STILL one of my favorites. Wasn't disappointed!

So I visited twice in a week. Two different experiences and neither very good. First one app (2:15 p.m.) I just stood there and the only employee in the front refused to acknowledge me. It was an uncomfortable experience and she seemed put out having to serve. On a redeeming note the mushroom soup was very good! My second experience was with a friend. app (11:30 am). This time apparently the manager was there. He was definitely not comfortable being at work. Seemed disgruntled and refused to serve an advertised special. This used to be a favorite location and hopefully they will make a change soon.

Got three Chicken Parisian sandwiches to go and Crouque Moisieur since we don't live near a location and were passing through from visiting family. It is very obvious that the chicken was not marinated in the vinagrette or even seasoned properly. I had to wait several minutes for the to go server to return to the front (the store was not busy) to pick up the order while several other of the staff looked at me and another customer and said nothing.
I used to live next to this location and it was excellent. Not to pile on with other reviews, but it is pretty clear someone needs to pay attention to this location. It was in a very busy shopping area on a Saturday and should have been booming, and it wasn't. Might be a trend. Likely won't return to this store the next time I am through Mandeville.

I would given them 0 stars if I could. Everything was bad, awful service, after standing for more than 7 minutes in the entrance and no one helping us I had to yell to ask if someone was coming… everybody had bad attitude and long faces like nobody wanted to be there and work there, floors are so nasty they should be closed down because it looks they haven’t clean them since the establishment opened… For everyone’s sake I just hope this place closes and the employees can move on with their lifestyle and find something else… One of the worst experiences in my life!
