LA Poke & Sushi

We come here for the first time and was very pleased. The owner was very nice and helped me choose what I liked. She is very nice and will be coming back and recommend to everyone!

5 stars for ONLY food. I have been loyal customer for many years. When I first started going Ms. Rose was so sweet, attentive, and friendly. The last few times I have been she was nothing but rude to me and I do not know why. I quit going for a while thinking maybe she was just having a bad day or something and giving her benefit of the doubt but no she has changed…. at least certainly with me for a reason I do not know. Today, she was especially rude to me . As she was making my bowl I asked if I could have my kids bring their outside food in to eat with me. She said Yes but ONLY if I tip (I later saw this sign on her register) I said well I always tip either way. She okay thats fine, then few minutes later asks me how many I have. I said I have 3 in the running car (ages 12, 3, and 2). She said “oh no no no no, thats too many and I have to clean up too much!” I said well I will clean up after them. She said no “I’m sorry thats just too many kids”. I said so basically you don’t allow kids or I just have “too many”. She said “no too many kids” EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Great service, amazing food, and the lady was so nice. She helped me pick the right ingredients to make a delicious Poke bowl! I will definitely be back with my family! Thank you!

We told the lady it was our first time here and she looked at us like we were crazy. She wouldn't give us any recommendations when we asked and would hardly even look up at us. We left without even ordering and will not be coming back.

We always small talk & the lady running it is lovely.

I’m not sure if she is the regular lady but she had zero customer service skills. I had never been there before and was asking basic questions and she kept being short with me and saying “what do you want” instead of just answering. I have never encountered someone so rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. Such a disappointment, I was really looking forward to eating there.

Mmm. Yummy poke bowls. There is no sushi. But the bowls are fantastic!

Hands down the freshest and most delicious poke around!! Mrs. Rose is so sweet. Her poke is delicious and her portions make for multiple meals from one bowl. I tell everyone about LA Poke and Sushi!!
