It's a McDonald's.... Drive thru is pretty slow. The inside isn't exactly filthy but there is trash EVERYWHERE.

My plain cheeseburger was brought out with onions. The employee took my burger back into the kitchen, and I watched as they placed the same burger patties on a new bun. When it was returned to me It still had onions, and I stated to the worker that it was the same burger and that I thought that food could not be taken back into the kitchen after being served….she continued to take this 2nd burger back into the kitchen on the line AGAIN. The employee who was making the burger was peeling it apart, stating that there were no onions, and wanted to serve the same burger back to me!!!
Who is to say that they aren’t serving burgers that complete strangers have touched and sent back as incorrect? This is against health code.

I don’t know how it’s possible to mess up almost my whole my order😭 my chicken nuggets were super undercooked and the dough wet like they hadn’t been cooked at all? I didn’t eat 2 of them because I was scared and the other 2 seemed fine. Also I got a kids meal because I saw there were Pokémon toys and wanted the toy and I GOT SOME RANDOM BATMAN BS TOY?!? Like,,,,why are your signs advertising one thing and then I giving customers something COMPLETELY different. PMO bc I wouldn’t have gotten the kids meal if I knew the advertisement was inaccurate. Also I want to know why my apple pies had almost no filling in them? It felt like just eating crust. ALSO I asked for water as my drink that was included in the meal and I was charged extra for a bottled water???? Worker didn’t even ask, just charged me. The fries are always bangers tho and the service was fast at least.

This McDonald's in Mandeville lacks any type of customer awareness. Always being sent out to the lot to wait for two burgers and fries. These orders are small and usually they arrive quickly but not at this one. The young kids that operated don't seem to care how quickly you get your food

The truth is that it has been years since I had breakfast there. The last time I did it with my husband before he died, today he was very sad and very happy at the same time because I had the same breakfast that I had with him. Thank you McDonald's.

All employees look miserable. Shake machine always broken. Ordered at 3p.m. today and burgers were dry and cold and they filled fry container 1/3 full. Do they know they have two competitors across the street that fill their fry containers and have a working shake machine? Is the machine really broken every time, guys, come on? I will travel miles out of my way to go to a different McDonalds--this one is really that bad.

I oredered, i was pushed to wait in a parking spot for food. It came out 15 mins later without the coffee. When I got home and unwrapped the food about 60% of it was wrong.
