We frequent this McDonald’s often since we live nearby. This one employee, Julie, is ALWAYS working. She delivers friendly service unfailingly even when things seem tense on the backside. Last night was no exception. It appeared that Julie was literally “running the whole show!” We were patient as we could not order at the first order station. They overcharge by charging you more than their menu board price! They also charge fifty cents for pickles. I ordered a Big Mac meal and a Crispy Chicken sandwich with pickles. My total was almost two dollars more than it should have been.
There were no pickles on my sandwich, and they charged me for them! The chicken sandwich was dry, overcooked and had no taste. The employees could hardly speak. I asked about the charge not matching the menu board and about the pickle...read full review
