I stopped to get a drink through the drive through. No one was in line, I waited over 5 minutes then a truck pulled up at the other speaker, he was greeted so I went to the window, to my dismay she was annoyed with me???? What do you want? I ordered my drink, I’m mad but didn’t say anything I go to next window, the girl says my drink order I say thank you she turned, I say Your welcome!! What’s wrong with you people? If you worked for tips you wouldn’t make any money!! I drove off. Since when common courtesy is a thing of the past? It’s like we, the customers are bothering them at their job. It’s getting worse. What they don’t realize is some of us do tip th people who work fast foods but sadly I haven’t tipped anyone in a very long time because of their rudeness and managers apparently do t care

I wanted a quick snack before I went to work which started at 8:30. Which I arrived at McDonald’s at 7:30. I was late 30 Minutes to work because it took a hour and 15 minutes to get a breakfast meal! Horrible! To make matters worse. I got food poisoning

We placed a mobile order then went through the drive-thru to pick it up. They gave us our drinks, were very polite at the windows, and asked us to pull up so they could bring the order out to us. Sure, whatever. We pulled up, then waited. And waited. People behind us received their orders within minutes or even seconds of pulling forward. Still we waited. By now it had been over 10 minutes. I took the receipt and went in to *very politely* find out what the hold up was. The young manager said the chicken strips took 6 minutes to make. Ok fine, but the rest of the order should've been dropped and ready for fries so they could've just boxed the strips, tossed some fries and gone. If those took 6, we were past 10, still didn't give proper excuse. He finally brought the order over, then I asked for an extra fry. He brought a baby fry, like from a kids meal. I called him back, he could either comp an item or give us a real fry. We got a full sized fry.

Very friendly staff, I stopped for Frappuccino, and they gave my dog a small order of French fries as a treat. I will definitely be stopping at that Macdonalds again when I'm in that area.

Don't go here at all if you are in a hurry, even pickup/app orders you will be waiting forever.
Edit, it's been 28 more minutes since I posted this review and still have not gotten my order..went inside after being pulled up from the get go and they tell me they have just started on it this is a 20 piece nugget and a large fry thats it are you serious how ridiculously bad this McDonald's is its laughable.

It took them awhile to get to you on intercom. Food was hot when we got it but we can had to wait awhile on our order. It possibly was that they were short staffed.

I don’t even understand you ask for HOT FRIES the girl hands you COLD fries and then says “oh no they fresh”. This McDonald’s is an absolute joke and never correct.

No cashier present, manager told customers only have cashier in the back and forces customers to use kiosk. Completely iqnored several customers, need new management at this location and customer service!

Great curbside option to help when having children in the vehicle. Great convenience. Window greeter was respectful in greeting us and had food ready soon as the code was given.

Please don’t come here. It’s like they try to get your order wrong… no cheese on my cheeseburgers and every condiment I didn’t ask for. It’s really not that hard to correctly put together a burger when there’s nobody else in line.
