I had to put one star in order to complete a review. I wouldn’t have even given one star. I ordered my food through the drive thru, they told me to pull forward and someone would bring my food out to me. Fast forward to 25 minutes later, the manager comes out and asks if I was given a receipt. I give it to him, he then apologizes and goes back inside to make my food off of the recipe. I go inside 10 minutes later, my nuggets are still cooking. He then hands me my order. I check to make sure I have everything and leave. I get to my destination ready to eat and this is what I was given. Nasty, old, slimy lettuce on my sandwich. Sooooooo disappointed.

They are too slow!! Came to get breakfast. Sat in drive through for 25 min only to finally get to speaker to place my order and it switch to lunch. I complained I wanted breakfast but was told no. This is the worst McDonald’s around here. I know they are cheating there times buy taking one order at a time. As a GM for dominos I know what fast food is about. Playing a cheating game and causing me to miss out on breakfast when I was here at 10:04 am , only to be told no.

I’m done with this place. I’ll make sure to spread the word for nobody to come here. It’s always something at this one. Extremely slow, no rush at all. They don’t care.

Would not go here if you’re getting breakfast. My husband and I went to grab breakfast really quick. A girl told us to hold on and then they did not come back to the speaker to take our order until AFTER breakfast. They switched the menu and then came back to ask for our order. When we asked if we could still order breakfast since we were there before 10:30, we were told no.

No cashiers up front, no smiling anyone. Some non-smiling manager handed me my food, my burger was upside-down in the box! I was really hoping for a better experience here.

At least acknowledge that you see someone standing at the counter." Hi, someone will be right with you." The restaurant wasn't real busy. I just felt ignored. I guess that's what you get for $10 an hour.

Revision: I rerurned today to find that the store has been remodeled and staffed with friendly, attentive, employees. The dining room and kitchen were clean as well. I willl update my rating, but leave my former comments because they were true at the time.

This McDonald's is dirty. I will choose a different one next time. 😑

crappy mcdonald’s ever lady at the window was definitely on drugs. we were told we got two fries with our nuggets and then some little girl wanted to catch an attitude because we asked her about getting our fries WE WERE TOLD WE WERE GONNA GET.

Ordered 3 combos with 2 drinks of water and a medium Coke. The fries were cold and had to pull around and waited for our water.

Kiosk only offered breakfast, so I ordered some, then was told that they are not making breakfast. So I ordered lunch at the counter, but I couldn't use the refund to pay for that, so I had to essentially pay twice and have to wait a wee to get one back. Another reason why I rarely come to McDonald's. Why not just give me a cash refund so I can pay for my lunch with the money I already spent? Also they forgot my fries. It's on the ticket. Fix your store!

The last 2 times I went there the drive thru lady was extremely rude but the breakfast food is great! Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit to be specific!

Horrible experience at night shift and the Latinos there are rude and can't speak English and you can't understand them and they got them trying to take orders and they have poor customer service skills.
This place needs to shut completely down after 6pm the service is horrible.
The Latinos try to argue and fight with customers.

Horrible customer service and how the employees treated each other is so sad.

We went through the drive through and then got to the window where the employees were yelling at each other. Then were told to "pull around" while we waited with 6 other cars for their food. They told us to pull around so the timer stops. Finally my wife as did the other 6 people had to go into the store after waiting and she walked out without the food.
