Had my first visit and it was a great experience! The nachos were perfectly warm, and both the street tacos and the burrito bowl were excellent. I'll definitely be returning!

Great place in the middle of Mandeville.

Could not be seated. Came at 4pm in the afternoon 2 cars in the parking lot, the hostess sat another couple and told me she was too busy to go sit outside. Its 92 degrees and the place is empty. I highly recommend going anywhere else if you want to eat. This was a waste of time.
Edit in response: Upon reading other reviews, this doesn't seem like an isolated incident. My review stands and I will not be returning. Seating prefrence pales in comparison to the lack of empathy from staff and their quality. Once was sufficient to know the quality of your restaurant.

Stella served us at the bar and she made the best margarita I’ve had in Mandeville. They also have a large selection of excellent tequila. The queso and the salsa is excellent as well. Don’t go to one of the Carettas come here. It’s an awesome place.
Haven’t found any Mexican restaurant that can compete with Mi Mamacitas!
