Disgusted and DisappointedI visited your Arby’s location on Manhattan today. I was told to pull around to wait for my food. 30 minutes later and still waiting I decided to walk in to get my food.The workers were stunned but also laughed at the fact that they assumed I was just parked there and that they had forgotten about meIt took them 8 minutes to give me the refund because they didn’t know how to work the machineThey offered nothing for my problemsMy son and I visit Arbys frequently but THIS WILL BE OUR LAST VISIT.
