This ordering process has been nothing but a nightmare. I ordered the cookie crate AND the milk truck cookie jar on November 28th. My order didn't ship until December 2nd. When I had my order delivered today (December 7th) I didn't receive my FULL ORDER. I went to check my account and it says that the Milk truck hasn't even been fulfilled or shipped yet! If you’re going to send cookies for a fundraiser in Florida and ship them from Maryland. You should probably have a better shipping system, especially in the middle of summer and in a heat wave. We ordered over $600 in cookie dough and they all came hot. With one ice pack and a cardboard box.
