The Food sucked I told them one thing and they gave me something else in ordered a hot ham and cheese poboy and they put it on a damn bun.. then when I told them they put it on a half of a poboy not a whole and it cost me 13.99 for a half of a poboy... and they did the same to my wife... so the bill was $28 for two 6in poboys .... I say NEVER GO THERE!!

Best Boiled Crabs in the area! I intentionally drive past two “boiled seafood” restaurants and grocery’s that offer “boiled crabs” to buy Northlake’s Crabs. Never have the Crabs been mushy/over-boiled/re-dipped/twice boiled; rather they have always been lumpy, well spiced/seasoned, and fat/full.

They charge $20 for a shrimp platter with 10 small shrimp. Don’t waste your money Mandeville Seafood is right down the street with much better portions.

I was so thankful that during GOOD FRIDAY WHEN MY USUAL PLACE COULDN'T SERVE ME. . . Disappointed 😞 I looked on line and saw NORTHLAKE SEAFOOD WAS right down the road. I went in hopeful they could handle my on spot 40 pounds and they had it. No wait competitive pricing clean tasting crayfish. Thank you and will stop by to eat in one day
a few days ago i went into this place and bought 35lbs of crawfish, had to wait 30 minutes for it with slim to no line. finally i got the crawfish, went home to eat it and they were all very mushy and old. i ordered 35lbs for my family for easter and we couldn’t even enjoy it since it was already bad. we went in with a bag to show them, and refused to give a refund despite selling us old, mushy crawfish. wouldn’t ever order from here again even if i was held at gun point lol. $150 down the drain

Always so polite and friendly with the customers, In our estimation, Northlake Seafood has the best Po Boy, Fried Catfish and boiled seafood. We have never gotten shrimp that was hard to peel. nor is the boiled seafood to salty. Actually it is just right. Oh and the coleslaw and hushpuppies are great, Always satisfied.
