I ordered Philly cheesesteak to go , the taste was bad and almost no meat on it just a few tiny pieces maybe coast them 20 cents

This location is consistent. Just had an odd issue with a door dash driver (not a Papa John driver) so called the manager. Probably the best customer service I’ve gotten in a good minute. Good to speak to people who are on it bc these days….

There was a little mix-up in my order (like what could happen at any busy restaurant on a Saturday night), and my pizza got mislabeled. The manager was quick to fix the problem and even added a cinnamon pull apart dessert to my order at no cost to me as well as had the pizza delivered to my house at no extra charge to me.

Buyer beware:Ordered one large pizza and a 10” cheesestick.Firstly, the order took over two hours to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. Like stick it in the oven for 10minutes to bring it back to being a pizza-cold.Normally, we’re not the kind to leave negative reviews, but when we called the store to complain, the manager (female) was INCREDIBLY rude. She was abrasive, refused to take ANY kind of responsibility, and was quick to tell us “theres nothing I can do.”With all due respect, if we wanted DiGiorno’s frozen pizza, we would have ordered that and not spent $40 on a pizza and a side.Highly recommend going ANYWHERE else in Mandeville.Tootles,

Never once been charged extra for a cheese packet . Also my pizza was horrible I will never go to this papa John’s again . It said my pizzas was done and it wasn’t even in yet and that it was picked up already . Worst experience ever

Do you want some cold pizza and illness with your order? Pizza arrived cold after an 88 minutes. Was not going to complain, but someone who ate the food was doubled over in pain. General manager micheal was very rude when I told him what happened and accused me of just wanting a refund, when the goal was to have a good experience from the start. He laughed at me a few times and refused to give me his district manager's phone number. I was a regular customer before this who never complained before.
