a great place to watch the lake and sunsets. the food is good and fast service. i liked the prices on the food. best on the lake front and has a good view of the water. you cant go wrong with place.

A wonderful dinner at Pats Rest Awhile this New Year's Eve! Fish dishes were hot and tasty, not sparing on the butter! Athena was our server, she was excellent and didn't rush us. We will be back!

Overall, gave it 5 stars based on food quality and taste. Ordered sheepshead and the catfish dish, both tasty. The raw oysters as app was delicious. Cheesecake with berries for dessert. Very nice. Server was good, attentive but not overly so. I forgot how casual the place is and was overdressed for NYE. Next time, will opt for a more romantic setting. Still like Pat's though. Normally dine outside or at the outdoor bar when the weather's nice.

Food was cold for the whole party of 5. I ordered a drink at the bar outside and it was great. The one I ordered at dinner was smaller and not that good.

It was my first time eating at Pats. The food, atmosphere and service were all very good. I had the cedar plank fish and my wife had the French dip. Our friends both had the hanger steak. We will definitely go back. It did get a little crowded, so I would suggest making reservations.

Pats is usually a pretty solid spot! Nice views and food is always solid. The menu could use some rotation as it is largely the same every time but overall has great atmosphere there should be something for everyone to pick from.
My go to is the pork chop with pecan glaze It was not seasoned and had absolutely no taste. The gumbo was too salty and the chargrilled oysters passable. Bright spot was our waiter Landon. Very helpful and very personable. It was so incredibly loud in there we couldn't properly enjoy our visit with friends. We've had delicious meals here before but this was a complete failure today.

Sitting upstairs outdoors on the patio overlooking the lake and beautiful live oaks, wow. Sets the mood for a great afternoon dinner with friends. Everything we ordered was great, Oysters were chargrilled we had 3 dozen for the table. Onion rings were so good, thin and crispy. I ordered the Salmon, another ordered the steak, gumbo and several other entrees were ordered for our table all were great.

Celebrated a recent anniversary at Pat's. Reservations were easy to make online. Our table was ready upon arrival. A nice note congratulaing us was on the table. Service was excellent. Food was great. Drinks were well made. The outside bar is nice. The wait staff is efficient and prices are reasonable.
