I think that the food at this restaurant has taken a step up to be closer to what Pat's other restaurants are, which is an excellent experience in food - and we were in particularly grateful that the onion rings finally had the crisp that you look for in an onion ring ! The wait staff worked well together, but our waiter in particular was very attentive and professional, and a joy to have.
Great restaurant, great ambiance, and great food. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. We had the sticky wings for an app, the bone in pork chop, and a hanger steak all cooked to perfection. They have a great allocated bourbon selection in the Sophie Cottage with some true unicorn bottles to choose from. I highly recommend this restaurant.
As many have noted, the food and service are exceptional. We have always enjoyed dining here. Unfortunately, we had to move indoors due to a sudden downpour. We were seated next to a large table which included an obnoxious male who did his best to be the center of attention for the entire room. He achieved this by yelling "boom!" repeatedly, dropping many f-bombs, and forcing everyone to listen to his inebriated, boring brags. All of this was done at full volume, while...
