Pizza Hut

I am a doordash driver & went in to pick up an order. I patiently waited 20 minutes before I asked a team member about the status of my order, she says to me “when it’s done it will be brought to you. if you don’t want to wait you can leave.” then proceeds to talk about me in the back with other coworkers saying I was demanding my order & being extremely rude. Then of course she walked away after she was talking about me because she was scared of what I had to say. I told her other coworkers that was very rude & their excuse for her was “usually doordash drivers are rude to us” which is absolute bull. Just because you had a bad experience with another dasher that’s no excuse to be rude to me for absolutely no reason. She got the wrong one, just wait until I come back up there.

Please!!, anyone if you're looking for a job, not this company.. Pizza Hut doesn't pay it's employes when their supposed to get paid.. Pizzza Hut employees are still not paid.. Pay day was Tuesday/ 12-3-24 today is Friday/ 12-6-24. Unacceptable with any excuse this time.. Yes, it happens often.
I know corporate people are sitting high without a care of course, it's not affecting them. They often send emails of how it's a sytem issue. ( a system issue for 3 days). Meanwhile, the working class has to borrow to cover rent, food, medication, and gas. I will be reporting to the BBB and the labor board on behalf of the employees who have no voice.
Just Horrible!!

BAD MANAGEMENT. I would not recommend going to this pizza hut. The manager is RUDE and doesn't make good pizzas.

Food 1 hr after the time ordered
for pickup online. Guy keeps saying your pizza is in and will be ready in 10, which he has said now for last 40 min. They should stop taking orders and get the people who are waiting. Funny DoorDash penne no problem getting theirs orders

this pizza hut is great! the staff is so friendly and are welcoming to customers. me and my work staff always order from here and they are always so kind . food is a 10/10

3 strikes and you're out, Pizza Hut. #1 - Pizza was nearly raw. Crust was still dough. Reported it with no response. #2 - Another doughy pizza delivered by Door Dash. Pizza and box were literally ice cold to the touch. Reported it. No response. #3 - Another semi-raw pizza. Reported it. No response. Taking a break and giving Papa John's a shot, even though Pizza Hut has always been our go-to for Thursday Pizza Night.

Placed a online order for Veggie lovers Pizza. Pizza was great. Loved the Pizza Hut Online app which was user friendly. I would have given a 5 star rating but for the fact that there was just one employee (kudos to her) doing multiple tasks … taking phone orders, getting the pizza out of the oven, handling transactions. Corporate needs to hire more help.

So on Wednesday I ordered two pizzas for pick up. Picked them up, no problem. Service was fine. Got them home, they smelled fine and tasted fine. Well, in the wee hours on Thursday morning my daughter woke up and had to rush to the bathroom to puke. She did so until about 3am. I didn't know about this until I woke up Thursday morning. We both just assumed it was her weak stomach (since I felt fine). She didn't eat any more of her pizza. I on the other hand finished mine Thursday for dinner. Welp, Friday morning at about 2am I woke up and was puking until about 4am. The only toppings we had in common were the cheese and the sauce. My guess is that one of them went bad but make what you will with that information.
