Decent place at best. Pizza Hut used to be much better many years ago, but I guess they have quit caring. Seems like they feel entitled to your business because they have been around for ages. I find so many other pizze places are better than here.
I was extremely impressed by the customer service. I got they even helped me with directions to get There Because I'm Out of Town.

3 strikes and you're out, Pizza Hut. #1 - Pizza was nearly raw. Crust was still dough. Reported it with no response. #2 - Another doughy pizza delivered by Door Dash. Pizza and box were literally ice cold to the touch. Reported it. No response. #3 - Another semi-raw pizza. Reported it. No response. Taking a break and giving Papa John's a shot, even though Pizza Hut has always been our go-to for Thursday Pizza Night.

Placed a online order for Veggie lovers Pizza. Pizza was great. Loved the Pizza Hut Online app which was user friendly. I would have given a 5 star rating but for the fact that there was just one employee (kudos to her) doing multiple tasks … taking phone orders, getting the pizza out of the oven, handling transactions. Corporate needs to hire more help.

So on Wednesday I ordered two pizzas for pick up. Picked them up, no problem. Service was fine. Got them home, they smelled fine and tasted fine. Well, in the wee hours on Thursday morning my daughter woke up and had to rush to the bathroom to puke. She did so until about 3am. I didn't know about this until I woke up Thursday morning. We both just assumed it was her weak stomach (since I felt fine). She didn't eat any more of her pizza. I on the other hand finished mine Thursday for dinner. Welp, Friday morning at about 2am I woke up and was puking until about 4am. The only toppings we had in common were the cheese and the sauce. My guess is that one of them went bad but make what you will with that information.

I’ve gone to Pizza Hut a couple of times and a worker named Reginald is usually the person helping me out. He has great positivity and a welcoming smile. Pizza Hut needs more people like Reginald.

Big shout out to Reggie! I don’t know if he was the manager but he should be one. He is an excellent employee and a very kind person in general. They were very busy and stressed but he still gave me wonderful customer service. Can you give him a raise or something? Thank you again Reggie! Your kindness did not go unnoticed.
They went out of their way to deliver to me when they were short handed. I did not want to have door dash diver to me. The manager was very accommodating. The delivery driver was very kind and had a nice attitude.

They have a lot of pizza huts to choose from but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest .The manager Mr. Reggie has always been helpful every time I order . He really goes above and beyond.I would also like to note how pretty the stuffed crust pizzas have been ! They are beautiful and so inviting to eat every time I open the box to enjoy one
