I've only used the drive thru, so I can't comment on the atmosphere inside. People are kind, patient, and helpful. Coffee and scones are so yummy! I'm not in that area often, but when I am, I make sure to stop for coffee and scones every time!

Facility was clean, staff was kind but the coffee is terrible.There was a gentleman trying to add things to his drink to make it better and said "whatever you do, don't get the nitro, it's horrible". I assumed he just wasn't familiar with what drinks to order, but when I got my iced latte, it was gross. I recently had to pick up a large coffee and food order for an early morning meeting - at other coffee shops usually something goes wrong and isn't on time, is forgotten etc.... however this group had everything not only ready to go, but thoughtfully organized for transport and to make unpacking and finding everything easier. Great customer service and excellence in delivery are rare things these days...
