At the drive through I was told very curtly that this store does not honor customer loyalty by recording your phone number. “We just use the app. Other stores do it, but we don’t.” This store is very convenient. We have been meeting our grandson’s tutor there every Tuesday. No more.

I do not understand how 2 drinks and 2 warmed sandwiches take 25 minutes every single time I order. The restaurant is not busy and the staff is not friendly. Just going to Starbucks from here on. I’ll have to drive twice as far, but still get my food quicker and smiling faces when I go there.
GRANITA GREAT! Nice new PJs in the old McDonald's. Great patio & parking in the shade!
Bathroom needs major attention throughout the different shifts. At 9:30a on a Monday needed servicing & cleaning. Customers probably partly to blame for toilet blockage, but bathroom needed cleaning.

At 9:50am on 9/11/24 , I pulled into the drive-thru line for PJs on Highway 22. It was a very long line and I waited 10 to 15 minutes before I got to the order box. By the time I was up to order I was told the shop was closed and they're not taking anymore orders. I waited in line for 15 minutes but no Granita for me. I was stuck in the line until the person in front of me received their order until I could leave. I feel like someone should have come out to the cars and told us that the store was closing before we got trapped in the drive-thru for no reason and no ability to order. Guess I’ll go to Starbucks but I’ll order on their app first.
