At 9:50am on 9/11/24 , I pulled into the drive-thru line for PJs on Highway 22. It was a very long line and I waited 10 to 15 minutes before I got to the order box. By the time I was up to order I was told the shop was closed and they're not taking anymore orders. I waited in line for 15 minutes but no Granita for me. I was stuck in the line until the person in front of me received their order until I could leave. I feel like someone should have come out to the cars and told us that the store was closing before we got trapped in the drive-thru for no reason and no ability to order. Guess I’ll go to Starbucks but I’ll order on their app first.

Great outdoor seating area, one of the nicest I've been to. Friendly and quick baristas/customer service. Good coffee as well. Easy access from multiple highways and nice parking lot with a few shady spots for those hot days.

I drive thru when I am out this way two to three times a week, please hire staff that can comprehend the order. It is everyone in this shop. Order is never correct. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is they are playing around and not doing their jobs, bad management. The coffee shop atmosphere is great (just change your staff).

Was in town for Christmas and went twice to this location. The first time the people weren’t super nice but not plain rude so whatever. Second time I went inside, there was a woman bent down working on the cash register who didn’t look at me or say a word to me for 5 or so minutes. Then, a sweet young girl who looked like the only one working asked me what I would like so I told her. Then an older woman walked up and asked what I wanted and I asked her if the scones had eggs. She started playing with the girl fixing the register’s hair and said “probably” and that’s it. I said I looked it up and most scones don’t and instead of asking and trying to help me (btw, the website says these are made fresh in house daily), she just said dismissively “wouldn’t chance it.” So I said okay, she said “what do you want” and I said “someone else already helped me with my drink. Honestly terrible customer service and seems like employees with chips of their shoulders, minus the sweet younger girl, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Not to mention, the coffee isn’t very good and very sweet.

Usually acceptable lines at drive through, which I pick up for my mom twice weekly. But not today— for some reason, the drive-through line is very long and not moving; I’ve been waiting 15 minutes already and haven’t even ordered. Overall, it took 29 minutes to get my order. Much too long.
