This place is a scam! They should be ashamed of themselves. They served us a handful of food for $17.Charge me more for more food. I understand things have gone up. The bowl isn't even full. Will never return!!!

This is the second time I've been here, and you didn't have white rice available. I've seen other complaints about you subbing brown rice for white rice. So what is the deal with the white rice at this location? And why is it never available? This just blows my mind since you are a poke place and rice is literally one of the main ingredients.

Worst poke place ever! I ordered a big bowl on DoorDash and first the did brown rice instead of white like I wanted, the brown rice was undercooked and hard, but the worst part is that their shrimp taste horrible and it had black spots on it, I don’t know if they didn’t clean it well or if it was going bad. Worst experience!

Good food but overpriced! I was charged around $14 for a bowl with one protein. Added an additional $3 for a small scoop of fish roe.

Owner operator woman has a bad attitude. And has no other help or employees so as a result, people wait in line for over 10 minutes. And she won’t give you any sauce after your sale is complete. First time here was my last time here. Eff this place.

I usually love eating at poke loa and the food is “usually” delicious and you get a lot of food for what you’re paying. this time however i payed for a large bowl and it was half filled. The white rice i had with it had this sauce in it that i’ve never had and never asked for. honestly good food if the person behind the counter knows how to make the food
