Loved Quiznos in their heyday. Still do so everytime we're in town we try to stop by. Today, as I sit in the parking lot writing this, your lights are off but your door is UNLOCKED. guess no Quiznos today but is your store also closing for good??

Reason I didn't 5 stars is because I never had a complaint of quality or friendly service. But today at 3:30pm was the second time I encountered the store closed!
They have closed so many Quiznos, and all of the ones near my home. I was delighted to find this one in Mandeville Louisiana the staff seemed as happy to have me there as I was to be there. Quick & friendly service, even at lunch time and a decent crowd. And the sandwiches and salads were delicious, of course.
Vegetarian options: Wonderful vegetarian options
Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff, and delicious food

I don’t normally post this type of stuff, but it really got to me how rude one of the employees spoke to me today. I gave my order very politely, spoke very clear and loud enough for her to hear over the oven behind her. She questioned everything I said and I politely answered her questions. The part that got me upset was when I ordered my salad. She told me of the only lettuce options available and I said that will be fine as I can’t have the bread due to a food allergy. I proceeded to inform her NO CHEESE also do to a food allergy. When she brought the salad around for the toppings it HAD CHEESE. I politely stated that it is NOT to have cheese. She got mad at me and said “we’ll you should have told me”. I then informed her that I did tell her and that I was unaware that she didn’t hear me. She began mumbling about the matter to the man working the register. While I proceeded to tell the man which toppings I’d like, she was making faces at my food and commenting “that’s gross”. I’m sorry, but I’ve always taught my children to never comment about another persons food as it is rude. They apparently like what they are eating even though you do not. Plus a little tip to those that work customer service jobs, don’t argue with or talk ugly to customer as they are the ones that may for the service. To make the situation worse…I found hair in my food.

Love Quiznos! This location @ Dovepark always goes above and beyond to give the full Quiznos experience. Always helpful and in a good mood wanting to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your order. Wish we had one closer so I could eat there more often.

This is the 3rd time I've driven to the place before the LISTED closing time and it had been closed. I pulled up at 7:12pm (listed as closing at 8pm) and saw them cutting the lights off. I called from the car to see what they would do or say. I actually watched them look at the phone and keep shutting down. The first time they acted like I was a problem when I got there an hour before closing asking them to fix me a sandwich.
