“One of my favorite places in Covington, come experience some real ramen in Louisiana!!!My husband and I actually traveled to Japan in September, and got to sample a lot of real ramen shops while there. It’s a very serious food genre, with long-standing family recipes and techniques.This ramen restaurant is genuinely comparable, it holds its own. The broth is amazing, the noodles are great, the meat options are high quality, and honestly - the soy eggs are still the best I have tried. Seriously, I don’t know how y’all get the soy eggs to taste that good.I recommend this to everyone I know, to expand what they think of when it comes to “ramen.”“
