Quite possibly the WORST chinese food I’ve ever had. I ordered the mandarin chicken and house special fried rice. The rice was Terrible even after I put soy sauce on it. The batter on the mandarin chicken did not stay on the chicken. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

Best noodles! Not vermicelli or angle hair which is not authentic! Pretty good prices for a lot of food. Good dumplings too! They pan stir fry instead of deep fry!! Much better result!! This about 90% to go food. Very small dining room.

Sesame chicken was more like sesame batter. It wasn’t chicken honks of batter with a red sauce on it. As if people wouldn’t notice the lack of chicken in this entrée.

Red Apple used to be our go to for mandeville Chinese food. Shortly after Door Dash got their claws into them they stopped all personal delivery and jacked their prices sky high. Then they reduced the quality of their ingredients. Now for a quart of chicken lo mein, the cost will set you 17 bucks, for a quart! If you make the mistake of getting it delivered you will pay nearly 20 for a quart of subpar noodles and now nearly flavorless chicken. Poor quality ingredients, overpriced costs, usually made with errors, and unhelpful staff more interested in watching the 3 kids hiding under the register than with serving customers. The 2 stars is being generous, simply because of how good they USED to be.

Ordered shrimp toast and pineapple Chicken sent me crab rangoons and sesame chicken combo meal. Paid$40 through ubereats and got probably$20 worth of food. Very disappointing will not order from here again

Rude staff and long wait times. Counter help gets mad because they did not prepare their order in a timely manner. Always trying to cheat the timer to fool corporate and doordash/Uber eats. Also always has a horrible smell when you open the door and no air conditioning. Not the cleanest place around.
This is a fairly solid 4.5 star experience. The prices are pretty good and the food is good but not the best out there. But the lunch combo is definitely worth it. I will note they are fairly heavy handed on sauces which is not a personal preference but some people may love this

This place is not a restaurant, it is a take out kitchen, operate by family members, very amateurish. Food ingrediencies are of athe lowest quality, they barely have any customer so they "chinsed "on the quality of the food. Cooks are amateur household kids. Price is expensive. for the same amount you could have a better meal at a real restaurant. Avoid this place. Nothing good to say. I ordered the Chow Mein, It was horrible, my version at home using instant noodles were much better. Did not return, but had a taste of it a second time from a friend who ordered the sweet and sour something (chicken or pork) I'm not sure... It was so bad I couldn't tell. ll I tasted was the fried batter with something inside coated in bottled ready made over the counter sauce.

Food is delicious best restaurant on the North shore I will drive from wherever to come get some shrimp fried rice or shrimp and lobster sauce my second favorite I love red apple ?
Parking: Pull in pull out there's really no parking issues the lot is always open everybody gets in everybody gets out quick there's no parking issues at all
