LOVE coming here- great food and servers (ISABEL/Izzy is the absolute best of the best!!!) - my family LOVES this place better than the other pizza joints because of the Pet/Animal TV channel. We laugh EVERY TIME and the combo makes this one of our faves.Kid-friendliness: Color sheets and the pet shows always on!

I got the Detroit sausage and pepperoni. One word. Disappointed. Not much sauce, seemed to be just toppings. Sausage wasn’t spread out on top. Really just a expensive cheese bread.

The food is wonderful. However, the quality of the service seems to have declined significantly over the past six months. I'm here on 12/13 and the restaurant isn't crowded but there is a steady streams of tourists-go orders. The wait time is significant and the staff seems frazzled, especially the person working the front desk.

they reinvented the dough! It's some kind of weird fried dough with semolina on the bottom, tastes like fried. Not into it, not even close to Italian pizza dough.

What wasn't great was hearing the big young guy in the back cursing left and right and announcing out loud that he's making a large pepperoni pizza for later cause hes going to get high later. I don't care what anyone does outside of work but no one especially not a customer needed to hear that

if you don't mind waiting 45 minutes the pizza is adequate and overpriced. Someone there needs to speed up service at least

Super friendly staff with great recommendations! They were so kind to make whatever I wanted when I unknowingly walked in at closing time. I got the Detroit pizza and omg it was amazing! It was so light but full of delicious sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. The slightly sweet crispy edges made it perfect! Perfect end to our "date night" at home!

We were seated right away. Our waitress was very friendly and had wonderful suggestions. The food was AWESOME! And they do offer a military discount.
I keep forgetting why we don't order from this place. We spent 114 dollars on food. All of it was ice cold as if it had been left out for hours. The dressed hummus was a tiny condiment cup of hummus and some pita--see photo. Nothing dressy about it. The calzone was missing sauce. The pizza slice came partially destroyed or just was whatever they had on hand. Weird and very gross. Uber eats will only refund a few dollars so do yourself a favor and just pick another place. Sad because the Southshore location was always one of our favorites.

As an update to my last review I would like to note that Mr. Fremin, the General Manager of Reginelli's reached out to me regarding the issues I had with my one and only order at this establishment. He said that he had spoken to the staff regarding my issue and invited me back to try their food again. I will write a post upon doing so. As it stands, I am giving 4 stars for this review just for reaching out to me. He asked that I call him which I will do in the coming days.

We stopped in for a pizza night. We ordered the cauliflower for an app and I had the pita with hummus, bean sprout, cucumber and tomatoes. Justin had the cauliflower pizza. All very good and healthy! Really loved they had healthy options to choose from. Great service and nice place. Good experience all around! ??
