This is big food, people! And every bite is scrumptious and lovingly homemade. Everything is done right here. The onion rings are hand battered, and so is the fried cheese. They do a burger sized fried pepperjack square that was on my burger, called the Hijacked Burger, and it was also hand battered. The Hijacked Burger is described on the menu as crisp bacon paired with Cheddar, Pepper Jack, fried Pepper Jack, and all tied together with Chipotle mayo. Wowza! I've never had...
