I visited this new drive-thru location in Mandeville, La. after placing my order in the Smoothie King app (Champion Member.) I noticed at the drive-thru billboard that a makeshift sign was posted “Out of bananas, sorry.) I informed the cashier I have a mobile order to pickup. She said they are out of bananas but a manager would be there shortly to deliver bananas. I told her I’d go get gas nearby and return for my order. I returned 15 minutes later and she informed that they still don’t have bananas. Now I’ve wasted time in the app and two trips to this location. She couldn’t give me an exact time to receive bananas and complete my order that I’ve already paid for so I told her I would attempt to cancel in the app. I provided feedback in the Smoothie King app for a resolution but I’ve only received an email from Shirlee Mendez of Smoothie King Guest Support passing the buck to the management team. I want my $8.48 returned to me.

So your internet's down, which is causing you to lose app sales and your team doesn't have any idea about what's wrong, and seems uninterested in contacting anybody to get it resolved.

Really nice trio of young men working in there this evening. Took my picky daughter in and they made her a custom smoothie she enjoyed. They had a few people in line and they rotated us through quickly and efficiently each doing a task and got us in out and fast. They were all super courteous. I asked 2 of them their names, Dominic and Mikey...not sure what the other name was.. he was blending another smoothie as when we were leaving. Just wanted to give a shout out to them all as they were all great. Job well done Smoothie King! We'll be back.

I've loved Smoothie King since highschool and in my humble opinion this is by far the best location and Rhylee is the GOAT. She makes the best smoothies and also somehow makes this millennial mom look cool in front of my daughter and her friends! Haha! I live in New Orleans and constantly find reasons to make weekly trips to this location!

I just had an incredible smoothie from Smoothie King, made by Rhylee, and it was fantastic! The flavor combination was spot on—fresh, vibrant, and perfectly blended. Each sip was refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess.
You can tell Rhylee really knows her craft; the ingredients were high quality and well-balanced. Plus, her friendly demeanor made the experience even better. I highly recommend trying one of her smoothies if you get the chance—definitely a standout!
