I tried to go here on a Sunday, but they were waving their hands across their throat at us before we could park at 8:30 saying they were closed even though it says they’re opened till 9. I get not wanting to let someone come in 5 minutes before closing…. But closing 30 minutes early? Just change your business hours if you’re going to do that. They were two teenage girls, so maybe they felt that if the boss wasn’t there they could just close early, who knows.

I visited this new drive-thru location in Mandeville, La. after placing my order in the Smoothie King app (Champion Member.) I noticed at the drive-thru billboard that a makeshift sign was posted “Out of bananas, sorry.) I informed the cashier I have a mobile order to pickup. She said they are out of bananas but a manager would be there shortly to deliver bananas. I told her I’d go get gas nearby and return for my order. I returned 15 minutes later and she informed that they still don’t have bananas. Now I’ve wasted time in the app and two trips to this location. She couldn’t give me an exact time to receive bananas and complete my order that I’ve already paid for so I told her I would attempt to cancel in the app. I provided feedback in the Smoothie King app for a resolution but I’ve only received an email from Shirlee Mendez of Smoothie King Guest Support passing the buck to the management team. I want my $8.48 returned to me.

I attempted to place the same order on the app, all stores were available for purchase except for your location here.
So your internet's down, which is causing you to lose app sales and your team doesn't have any idea about what's wrong, and seems uninterested in contacting anybody to get it resolved.
So, now you know.

Really nice trio of young men working in there this evening. Took my picky daughter in and they made her a custom smoothie she enjoyed. They had a few people in line and they rotated us through quickly and efficiently each doing a task and got us in out and fast. They were all super courteous. I asked 2 of them their names, Dominic and Mikey...not sure what the other name was.. he was blending another smoothie as when we were leaving. Just wanted to give a shout out to them all as they were all great. Job well done Smoothie King! We'll be back.
Went in recently craving a fruit smoothie having never been to Smoothie King before. Rhylee helped me figure out the perfect choice from the menu- the strawberry blueberry greek yogurt smoothie was excellent!
