I did a mobile order. When we pulled up and the kid tried to give us the wrong order. Then when I told him what I had ordered, he tried to recharge me. I pulled up my receipt and was ready to show him the order when suddenly he found the right drink. I've not had an issue here before, they've always had my order and been good to go.

The drive was packed so we parked and walked up to the window with no line. We ordered and waited a bit until I started to see vehicles that pulled in the drive after we ordered were driving away with their order. The walk up window is not faster. The smoothie was standard smoothie king flavor, consistent with the rest of the chain. The staff was respectful but not really friendly. The overall experience was not bad but not great either.

I would not recommend this particular smoothie king, my granddaughters got a smoothie here today and they both got sick. The person waited on me wasn’t nice and then they have a tip jar sitting in the window. Why would I want to tip some one who is not nice.

Customer service was good but product is terrible. We were on the road and wanted a healthy smoothie. We paid $9 for a supposed smoothie that was full of sweeteners. So sweet we ended up throwing it away. That probably meant there were no natural ingredients and everything came from a can. If you are looking for a smoothie I would recommend going somewhere else.
