Order a bacon double cheeseburger with just bacon and cheese they ring up a sonic bacon cheesy stack burger, and brings me a burger that I didn’t order and it doesn’t even have bacon on it that it supposed to come with. I tell them and they bring me out 1 piece of bacon broke in half in a bag and tell me here you go have a nice day. Turns around and pulls her phone out. Now I know why my order was messed up from the start, people to worried about playing on there phone.

First of all, I go to this sonic all the time and there usually always slow but today they were just terrible. I always do a mobile order and I was waiting for 20+ minutes to get ONE DRINK I DIDN'T EVEN GET FOOD. They got my order wrong 3 times… 3 times just for one drink. When I finally got my drink it was of course not the drink I had ordered. Anyways I just left unhappy with my gross (not even mine) drink that I wasted over 20 minutes for.

It’s very frustrating when you order an item through the app and they don’t have it, that they do not have the ability to refund you. This is happened more than once and it really needs to be addressed.

Usually this place is a consistent 4 star, but tonight I got home, tried my blast, and it was sour. They used old milk, expired milk. It was rancid. Tasted awful. A whole medium oreo blast with added brownie and added hot fudge down the drain. Disappointing. If you can't make the blast due to milk shortages, we'd rather accept that fact than purchase an inedible dessert. Don't steal our money and give us a spoiled product.

Stopped to grab some lunch and decided to try the queso and bacon fries. Paid 3.99 for like 10 French fries and hardly any queso cheese.
The new smash burger is so so good, but Sonic is my go to place anyways.
