I’ve been consistently disappointed with this Starbucks. Every time I order, the drinks are skimped on ingredients, especially the specialty ones. It’s frustrating to pay for a drink and get something that barely resembles what’s on the menu. On top of that, the baristas seem miserable and rude, acting like their job is a huge burden and expecting sympathy from customers. I don’t need life advice or to hear about your misery, I just want my coffee made properly. Very disappointing experience overall every time I go.

I get the same order every time I come here, which includes a bunch of extra caramel in my coffee. They didn’t add extra caramel to my coffee even though they charged me for it so I asked the lady Abby at the window if they can fix it and she told me they did put extra it just got mixed in when it’s clear as day that they didn’t. I come here every day and get the order it’s a coffee that doesn’t get mixed. Pretty annoying to get charged extra for something and it not be made properly and when you bring it up you get completely denied. If you see Abby at the window and your orders messed up I would suggest just driving off and going somewhere else because they’re lazy and don’t care here. They handed me the cup with the lid completely overflowed and covered with coffee. This isn’t even the regular amount of drizzle that they add to the cup as a mandatory let alone extra.

The manger here was seriously rude. All I had was a $100 bill and all they had was $5’s for change which I was fine with. The manager copped an attitude and asked if the banks were closed and chastised me for not having the right change. It’s more like they didn’t have any bigger bills and didn’t get the proper change at the bank. The cashier was very apologetic and nice about it. It was the manager who needed an attitude adjustment.

Hails and Tyler are some of my favorite Baristas to see in the morning. They always get my drink right and make me want to come back! It's always a joy to see them in the morning!
Slowest drive thru EVER! Over 1.5 HOURS in the line just to get turned away before we could order. Maybe if they completed more than 2 orders in the 1.5 hours we waiting in line & didn’t move, they wouldn’t have had to turn dozens of people away when they closed. Plus the lobby was closed… poor use of time. Only 2 cars being cycled through the drive through in over an hour and 30 minutes is just plain disappointing. Will not be returning.
