I had ordered 2 of the same sandwiches, and then i got to the window, 10 min later i was told that they were out of one of the ones i had ordered. So took another 10 min to prep and get. Way too long to get 2 sandwiches. Food was great yes, service wasnt, atmosphere i was in my vehicle so i was comfortable. Fell short for service but its hard to judge bc each Starbuks is diff, love their coffe, their products are some of the best.

It’s super busy there all the time. The drinks and food always come out great, the only negative is that if you order inside instead of order ahead or drive through, you will be the last person serviced.

Lately, I have been having to return my order because it's not correctly made. I have thoroughly enjoyed and have had some delicious drinks over the years. As of late, I believe that I am wasting my money. I returned my drink today and it still does not taste good. The staff is always friendly, but the product I received gets a thumbs ?? down.

Kayla always greets me with a smile and makes great recommendations. Cory works the drive through window most days and always gets my order right and is friendly. I love this location and I drive past 3 others to get to this one on my way to work.
This has got to be the slowest Starbucks ever. You can wait in line 30 min just to get coffee. And when you decide to order inside they keep telling you your sandwich is coming only to find out they forgot about it.

This Starbucks (Rouses/Causeway Approach) is the most efficient, the fastest, most accurate location of all in St Tammany Parish. The staff is phenomenal. I love this location!!
