This location is always great to visit, both as a walk in and as a drive thru. Today I went in as I had time and needed a gift card. They had the cutest Halloween black cat cards. I was assisted by Ellie, she was very nice and super helpful. Informed me straight up she was still fairly newish so we worked through the menu. Some of the food I ordered was only available from the case rather than packages like normal. Ellie was so apologetic, but food is food. She was sweet enough to bring out my food straight to my chair rather than make me come up to the counter, which was a nice touch. Ellie deserves a raise and PTO.

I’ve been spending a lot of time in Mandeville, and I’ll usually go through the drive through on my way out. Everyone at the window is always friendly and kind. That southern hospitality gets 5 stars in my book.

I ordered online and waited in the drive thru line FOREVER! Very slow service. Drink was watered down from melting ice by the time I got it. I go to Starbucks several times a week but I will never return to this one!

Okay, so I want to start off by saying that Ms. V. Is A.m.a.z.i.n.g ! She knows her stuff:) And, yes, with the other Starbucks location in Covington, it is temporarily closed due to remodeling, which we would normally go to . We drive the distance to come here. What can we say? we love their coffee ! We are Starbucks # fans for life:) we've tried Pj, Giddyup, nothing compares... 2 our Starbucks:) also, for her to call your name and look at you and know who you are in the coffee shop and their all-over attitudes is amazing. And for all of the negative reviews on here, I don't see it, please. Experience for yourself. Yes, they are taking on their location and another from being temporarily closed . But, I think they do amazing ? great job, Starbucks of Mandeville. Keep up the great work! Oh, see you soon . Wink ;) God bless!!
