Okay, so I want to start off by saying that Ms. V. Is A.m.a.z.i.n.g ! She knows her stuff:) And, yes, with the other Starbucks location in Covington, it is temporarily closed due to remodeling, which we would normally go to . We drive the distance to come here. What can we say? we love their coffee ! We are Starbucks # fans for life:) we've tried Pj, Giddyup, nothing compares... 2 our Starbucks:) also, for her to call your name and look at you and know who you are in the coffee shop and their all-over attitudes is amazing. And for all of the negative reviews on here, I don't see it, please. Experience for yourself. Yes, they are taking on their location and another from being temporarily closed . But, I think they do amazing ? great job, Starbucks of Mandeville. Keep up the great work! Oh, see you soon . Wink ;) God bless!!

Ordering here is such a struggle lately. Baristas don't know the menu and genuinely seem confused about drinks When I ask for milk type substitutions I get a lot of push back to order exactly how it is on the menu, so no substituting milk types. Most recently I was given the wrong size when I ordered. I'm just avoiding this location except when doing mobile orders from now on.

Last couple months this starbucks has been really terrible. Seems like my order is never right. Brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso is always way to milky. Order a coffee with caramel drizzle they forget the caramel. Hot caffe latte no sugar/sweetener and they put sugar/sweetener in it. It's honestly really discouraging and I don't think I'll visit this location anytime soon again. The one in covington off of 190/Northpark Blvd is great, never have issues there!

My wife & I just got iced lattes hers was sugar cookie and mine was the gingerbread flavor. I'm assuming they ran out of sugar in the store cuz these things taste so horrible absolutely no sweetness whatsoever. They're going straight into the trash guess I'll make a pot of coffee at home this Sunday morning(ish)
