This place is horrible. We waited for a mobile order for 20+ minutes, and when we went up to the counter to ask for it they told us that there was a rush?? There were maybe three cars in the drive through this whole time AND only one other person in the store. This place sucks.

So like I was eating right… and then I had to poop right… so I walked into the lil shrimps room and there it was a nudge poo poo monster and he grabbed a pile of poop and threw it in MY FACE it was a discrase so I hade a race car race

AWEFUL SERVICE!!! IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD. 1 kiosk isn't accurate no recept. Glitches out and deleted what I ordered.. pairs over 6 dollars for a small drink and a single taco... Waited over 10 mins just for a cup.. when I had to fill it up the machine pressure is insane knocks the cup out your hand and sprays everywhere ... Lot of mad customers other than me there lot of ppl left one was a Dasher who wanted over 20 mins ... They put tomatoes on my order when I asked for no tomatoes.... The service is aweful employees had major attitudes with me and the other customers. I will never be back to this location ever. I have a tiktok with 25k followers and I will be passing the word to them as well ..

Teens in the lobby roughhousing while waiting for the manager to hook them up with free food certificates. Employees cutting up. After a 15-minute wait for a delivery, I gave up. The store was not busy. Very Poorly run location.

90+ Percent of the time they leave something out of the order. So annoying, every single time!!
Placed an order for my pregnant wife and myself. They forgot multiple items from our order. Then when I called they said I'd have to return for my food or a refund. I asked simply if they could credit my account since I ordered on the app and they scoffed then hung up on me. I called back, they answered, heard it was me, hung up again. I called one more time, they answered and set the phone down for several minutes until I hung up. I've got a pregnant wife, so I can't just drive the 20 minutes back. Why the heck couldn't they just write my name down, or maybe just conversation with me for more than 10 seconds before dismissing me completely.

Attitude problem. Took 25min to get through just 3 cars in front of us. They were vaping in the restaurant and I could smell marijuana. Asked me 4 times what my order was and started it after I paid. There were definitely signs of imparement. This place is a total joke.
